another week and hopefully we're all another pound or two lighter :D Had a good weekend, was my birthday on Sunday, got some great pressies, shopping vouchers :D and best of all, 'Riverdance' tiks. I've wanted to see Riverdance each time they've been out, but somethings always come up, well not this time, I can't wait, but it's not until late March graemlins/crazy.gif

Happy Birthday! Glad you had a good celebration. I've never seen Riverdance either but love the music. I'm a Celt at heart.

I wish my weight was down but, frankly, it's so all over the place that I don't know what it is. My scales aren't the best either. So I'm declaring no loss/no gain and waiting to see what happens next week. I'm also "heading back to goal". I got my gold membership is 97 or 98 but have been over for som time. I'll be most of the way there by Valentines and all the way there by Easter......no, really.....

Weighed myself on Sat morning and was down a 1 lb. Not fantastic but better than nothing. Still can't seem to get back into a routine of going to the gym. Don't sleep so well especially as I am in the house alone so when the alarm goes off at 6.20 am to get up to go to gym I am absolutely knackered and snuggle back down again! :eek: Been quite cold here too recently. Lots of snow in other parts of the country!! Brrrrrrr
Nothing much else to report. Will pop back in later on in the week.

as a reward for myself yesterday for losing, I bought a small 'versace' vase :D Big loss so I thought it decided an big $$$$ reward.... well that's my excuse anyway graemlins/crazy.gif

Ann... congrats on the loss, 1lb is better than nothing! I read that you said that in Spain WW has no pts range and like ours down here and also pts are calculated the same, fat and kilojoule content. I'm guessing it's just the states that do it different than the rest of us :confused:

I havent been to bootcamp buddies for ages and while I had some health problems including a miscarriage my weight loss journey went on the back burner!!
However I'm wanting to focus on it full force now so I thought I'd come back to some weight loss forums to get some information and inspiration!!

Afternoon, buddies. It seems ages since I've had the chance to check in and say "hi". Congrats on your losses, ladies. I finally made lifetime just before Christmas and am working hard to stay at goal weight. Winter always seems to send my brain a signal to eat and hibernate (I should've been a bear), but I'm fighting it.

Trac - I'm so very sorry about your miscarriage. My heart goes out to you.

It's great to be back - looking forward to getting to know everyone again.

G'day gang, just a quick one, having ISP probs so haven't been around much this week. Having fantastic warm weather up around 100F (38C) and tomorrow going for around 110F :D I love the heat, but this year/last year is a bad one for our country, as it has been the driest on record and we have fires raging all over my state and Canberra :( I pray for rain graemlins/bcbsalute.gif
