G'day buddies graemlins/wave.gif

Millie have started a weekly, we did this quite a few months ago, but it eventually died out :( Hopefully this time it will be here to stay! And there'll end up being heaps of us that we'll need a daily graemlins/thumbup.gif

Susan... yep, I hang in there all alone, and it was sure worth it, with some of our buddies back again! I really love bootcamp, and when things get tough I find this is helpful to me, when I have the time :D

Lilly... nice to 'see' you again. I'm back in full swing again after a short lapse over c graemlins/crazy.gif hristmas

Hi Bizz,

How's it going. I did a little fantasizing today about summer and then I realised that it is summer somewhere! I even changed my screensaver to a warm scene just to keep me going. The truth is, I don't love the heat but I equally hate the icy cold. Just call me moderate...

DD wants the computer for homework so I must go.

Cheers, Millie

G'day Millie graemlins/wave.gif it sure is summer, and we've had a pretty good one to date, lots of warm weather :D It's cold today though, well this morning only around 17C... give me the heat anyday, I detest cold weather! So one day when DH and I eventually make it over to the UK it will be in our winter and your summer ;)

I couldn't imagine having a white christmas, ours is sometimes sticking hot and others quite cool for summer, but definately no snow or heaters on graemlins/crazy.gif

It is fun but so much work to do. Sally it is great having you back. I am glad you and DB are working on it together. That should be fun. Hi everyone!! TGIF However, it has been a short week here as 6th Jan was a holiday due to the 3 King's Day.
Yesterday DD went back to the UK where she is staying with my sister and family until the summer. She is working and also improving her English. It is a bit cold here but much, much colder there poor thing!
Feeling a bit down at the moment due to various things not the least a cold which DD has left as a leaving present!! Must get the extra pounds off though. Can't have an overweight WWs leader!
Got a leader's meeting tomorrow to go over any problems or doubts we have about the new program - Points Plus - which we have launched this week. They will weigh me so I have to be careful today! We get a bonus depending on how near we are to our goal weight.

Ann,

What is the new programme like. I'm still using 123 success and have often wondered if I should go back to meetings to get new materials. I'm about 8lbs over my lifetime weight and haven't been to a meeting for 2 years. Will I get new materials if I go to a meeting and show my gold card and pay up?

I never know about these things.

Hi Millie. Well, I am in Spain so perhaps the rules and stuff are different. We have just introduced Points Plus. The basic idea is the same as 123 but the format of the booklets is different with what is being called an "Extra Kick" - little pieces of advice to help members. In the first 3 booklets there are also daily menu plans. We have been told to issue all our members with the new booklets including the Gold Members. But I don't know if that would be the same in the UK. To still be a gold member here you must be no more than 2 kilos over your goal weight. That would be 4.4 lbs so if you are 8lbs over as you said you would have to pay again wouldn't you? In that case you are entitled to any new material.
Let me know what happens.

Ann
