Hi Buddies,

I am so happy to see you post again. Looks like we need to get a thread going to hear more from you! :D Here's to all of us reaching goal in 2003 :D . I am going to need help to keep from stress eating at college. First off, there is not much to choose from in the way of healthy food, and secondly, I just get so wound with my tight schedule that I gulp down whatever food I can find. I need to really work on a plan. Rachel it is so good to here from you. Five pounds a month is doable. Sally and Lisa, please write more. We love to hear from you. Anne and Emerald grace... too cool to have you back. Bizz.. you hung in there when there was nobody! :D What a great buddy! Welcome newbies to the International Connection graemlins/thumbup.gif graemlins/crazy.gif . Got to go study. Love ya!

Hi All,

I'll try to check in once in a while. Over on the Christian thread, things were getting very quiet so they started a weekly thread and it's going really well. It jsut doesn't seem so lonely when people check in 2 or 3 times a week. Just a thought.

Here's to GOAL!!

i promise i will try and get everyday  now i have time becasue i am not online with my husband ;) :D

and frankly i need to do something to remind me everyday! what i need to do
as now I am doing WW at home and not going to meetings, i seem to be doing ok i have still lost a few.
but just now i have to be patient as everything at home about food and eating times has changed soo much, i tell you a moroccan who worked as a chef!!!!! you try asking him why it needs so much olive oil graemlins/sobbing.gif ha ha

so for my part of the january challenge i would like to maintain, then when all has settled then start to loose

susan i think a plan would be good, how about getting together a box at home of low poined things eg no more than 3 points and taking a couple with you? smile.gif it may help on hectic days

well hope you all have a good day tomorrow who knows I may even get out of the house to the gym tomorrow!i did get on thursday and sunday :D

catch you all soon

Lilly my friend graemlins/wave.gif

Sounds like your new DH is a good cook! Well done for still losing! :D Get that bod back in the gym. I decided not to go to the gym. It is just not possible with school and work. I need to use what I have here at home to exercise. Besides, I am dragging around a big book bag, and now a huge portfolio with paper and art supplies all over campus! That should count for some exercise tongue.gif !

Hi Lily! Nice to see you back! graemlins/wave.gif
When will your DH be able to stay with you in the UK? have you got all the paper work sorted out?
Must go back to the gym too. Since DD has been in the UK have been lazy about it. Will definitely start again next week. It will be the first full week since before the Christmas holidays as Monday was a holiday here for the 3 King's Day. DD was here from 28th Dec to yesterday and now has gone back to the UK. Seems so quiet now! :( However, must try to get back into a routine again. Would like to be at 54 kilos by summer. That's 10 kilos - more or less 22 lbs - so at only half a kilo a week should be there by 1st June. So let's go for it!! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

PS Just gonna change signature to include that so that I don't forget!! LOL
