I a scared to weigh in today as I wasn't that good. I only need 1lb to get my ribbon. What is a onderlander?

I had WI this morning...down 1 #! 20 more to go to WW goal.

Baby--Onederland is in the 100s. So anyone who is less than 200 pounds is a onederlander...onederful, isn't it? And get back on track, buddy! You will get your ribbon in no time!

Hope everyone has a good WI!

Baby,

Don't be scared! You could be nicely surprised, and even if you have a small gain or maintain your weight...we've all been there. You just have to keep on keeping on! It's the start of a new week and you can buckle down and have an OP week this week.

Onederland is when you drop from 200+ lbs. into the 100's! kd & I just entered Onederland last week and it's an awesome place to be! Right, kd?

Welcome to the Friday weigh in's, Baby! I'll check back in this afternoon after I've had WI.

Good Luck!

hugs, Lisa

Hi babylove! I (and Lisa too!) just got into onederland last week, so it took me just over 5 months, and it will be more than that till I get to goal, but who cares, I'm going to be eating this way for the rest of my life. Goal is just another milestone on my journey. And speaking of milestones, I lost 2.5 this week, passing the 50-pounds lost milestone (Yay,yay)! Glad to see you here on Friday weigh in, don't be scared! If you don't get your ribbon this week, it will be next week. Just get back on points. And who knows, you may have lost anyway. Our bodies are so funny. :D

kd--Nobody's ever told me I was "so close to goal" before. That felt great! My personal goal is about 125, so I have a ways to go, but I like what you wrote to Baby, that goal is just another milestone on the journey since you'll be eating this way for the rest of your life. What a great attitude. And congrats on the great loss this week! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

OK I Knew it . I gained back 1.4 lbs on today's weigh in. But now I am mad and more determined.

Back from WI and was down 1 pound. Puts me at a total of 42! Baby for me, it took 24 weeks to make it to Onederland. Could have gotten there a hair sooner, but had a few small gains along the way. See...we've all been there! Just keep that new determination and you'll see that loss next week smile.gif

Congrats on your losses Suzie & kd!

hugs, Lisa

Hi, Buddies!

I had my WI this morning and was down 0.2. I'm still in my mad and frustrated mode, which will pass by tomorrow. Was perfectly OP this week. I've been weight training which is something that I've never done before in "losing" mode, so I imagine that it's going to take me some time to "tweak" how it is that I eat to be the most effective.

Baby - Like me this week, we have to say to ourselves that the scale is "dumb." We can be perfectly OP and the scale just refuses to cooperate. The bright side is that our committment to be OP is stronger that a scale's stubborness. With time, it has no choice but to move in a downward direction.

Congrats Suzie, kd, and Lisa on your losses! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

Hugs,

Missy
