GREAT JOB PATDUGAN AND FOR ALL THAT HAVE LOST. I HAVE HAD A TERRBILE WEEK :mad: . I WENT TO WI THIS MORNING AND WAS UP 4.6 BUT I HAVE NOT DONE SO WELL OP THIS WEEK. SO I NEED LOT'S OF ENCOURAGEMENT. LYNDA

Nice to see that we are all still here and working it as best as we can. I am happy to say I am a loser this week. Down 1.1 for this week. I have actually lost weight 2 weeks in a row. For me thats great, I am the Queen of the roller coaster. Well congrats to all us loser and for all of us who are working at it. We just must remember to take the little steps everyday and in everyway.
