Good afternnon buddies graemlins/bcbsalute.gif I have changed my weigh in day to Saturday. I had gained 2.5 LAST week, and was starting to get concerned that I had soooooo many flex points left this week before Monday morning weigh in. I have been using my AP's (cause I earned um ;) ), and as of friday nite, I still had 23 flex points left. Since DH and I usually eat out at least two times over the weekend, I was concerned that I would use ALL of them this weekend, and post a "false" gain or maintain. I am so busy during the week that I don't use as many of the flex points then and tend to earn and use my AP's more on those days. Down 3.5 this week, thats the 2.5 gain of last week and one more YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE graemlins/crazy.gif

That is wonderful! Good for you! I acually have done so much better with the new plan, I like the journal where I can just check off my points, and I don't have to write down anything. I am down 1.2 this week (Sat) and 41.4 total! Yeah!
