View Full Version : Sat WI Flexipts Question

Dear BCBers,
This week I stayed the same, BUT I had lost 31/4 last week, so I am happy that I kept that weight loss, so to speak. This week I had used all my flexpoints and I am wondering if anyone did the same and what were their results on the scale. Overall for 9 weeks I have lost 6 lbs. I would like to bump it up. I have not been able to exercise to my usual extent because of my new job schedule. But I will fit more in this week.
I am feeling good and I have been able to stay strong in the face of big desert challenges. So I am much more concerned with not going crazy with lots of sweets. Have a good week all and stay strong.

I lost .5 pound today, which was okay considering last week I went up 1.5. I think it was bloating though. I had weighed myself at work (hospital), and was down 3 pounds, but I guess the scales at WW are different, or my weight differs that much from day to day.

Hi everyone,
I missed the meeting today because of work.
I weighed in on my own scale and it looks like I may be down to 235. So, possibly a loss of 2.4
When I weigh in next Saturday, I'll see what it says. But, I think loss is a loss and I'm celebrating anyways!!

I was only down .2 but I think TOM is responsible. I don't use all my flex points.

I cant even explain FP! The first week I was on it, I lost only .2. Then, last week I GAINED .8, and needless to say, was bummed. Yesterday, I was ecstatic to learn that I lost 6.2 pounds. I can't explain it. The only changes I can maybe attribute this loss to is the exercise--I varied it, doing bootcamp, pilates, yoga and walking, plus a little weight lifting and stretching. Whatever it was, I want to keep doing it!
