Hello Bootcamp Buddies I weighted in tonight and lose 2.ozs I'am proud smile.gif of that weight lose even tough its not much. Ever little bite adds up right? graemlins/thumbup.gif I hope to lose more next week but I will settle with some.Have nice weekend everone graemlins/wave.gif . I be back post often.

Welcome back, Joan! That half-a-stick of butter is an excellent start! You're heading in the right direction, and we all know that slower weight loss stays off than the crash diets. Congratulations. Slow losses are good. I'm getting to the point where big losses don't quite seem real to me - I wonder what my body is doing to cheat the scale. My goal now is to lose a pound a month. Quicker is OK, but a slow steady, loss is just fine too. Lillie
