Wed. 9/10 Weigh In

Good Morning Everyone! Figured I would get a jump start on our Wed WI thread! I am happy to report that I have shed one pound from last week .. bringing me to 135!

The weather has been just beautiful here in NYC..after so many weeks of water I was starting to feel like a duck! I love the beginning of fall weather.. cool and crisp and you only need a lite sweater or jacket!

Well I hope everyone else had an equally wonderful WI! :D

I've had a good week my body finally adjusted to the new plan, I am down 2.5 lbs, only 3 .5 lbs till i reach my first 10%. It was hard with the extra points but I just acted like they wern't even there.

CONGRATS TO ALL! graemlins/thumbup.gif I DIDN'T POST LAST WEDNESDAY FOR SOME REASON I HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING ON THE WEB SITE SOMEDAY'S. :confused: ON 9/3 I WAS UP 2.4 WAS A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED graemlins/ugh.gif IN MYSELF. THIS WEDNESDAY 9/10 I WAS DOWN 2.6, I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THAT FIRST 10% 2.2 LBS TO GO. smile.gif
