Monday 9/8 Weigh In

G'morning all you fabulous Monday weighers!

I maintained this week at 197 after my glorious 5.5 loss last week. I am all good with it.

I get weighed in tonight around 7 pm. I am kind of scared (like every week) because I was on vacation this past week but I stayed OP !! I was proud of myself for that effort but got no exercise cause the first four days it poured buckets. I tried to keep busy so I wouldn't be sitting. I shopped there for all the things I needed for me. I baked the WW Cobbler while I was there and everyone else ate it all up on me !! I was lucky to get some. So, hopefully tonight I stay the same or lose a little. If I gained, I will just have to start over. Won't beat myself up over it anymore. So, I will post tomorrow to let you know or later tonight with the news. Later.....

Morning all. I too weigh in this morning. I am +2.5 graemlins/sobbing.gif Now it is time to wipe the tears and get rid of it :D I only have myself to blame for the gain. I have refocused and recommited, and I WILL post a loss next week.

I feel your pain, All. I was up 2.6 at my Thursday weigh in. It's all off now though, and I'm looking forward to Thursday! Lillie
