This was an emotionally up and down week for me, but I did lose 1.5! After last week's big loss, I honestly didn't expect to lose anything, or at most .5, so I am delighted! Good luck to y'all!

Wow thats a good loss. I know I expected more since I had a bad week, not just WW but everything in life seemed to go wrong last week. I'm now satisfied with my .5 loss. Are you doing the flexpoints?

Hi Stacey, Hi Lisa; thanks for your kind words and hugs Lisa...and yes, Stacey, I'm doing Flexpoints. I used to consume an average of 181 points per week, last week it was about 183 (target: 26); this week is was 196!!! but I still lost! It was kind of Wendy plan-ish, i.e., two high points days and then target points, more or less for the rest of the time.

I mean I NEVER went below 26 points...an adjustment for me because I was using 24 or 25 points a day.

Well, I was up a pound this week. UGH!!! But I knew it going in, I started a 5-day antibiotic (Zithromax) on Tuesday for a sinus infection. I've been holding fluid, etc... So, I think I'll have a great loss next week! :) Have a great weekend ya'll!

Stacey, I don't think the universe was very kind last week, but I'm hoping this signals a better one coming up.
And major congratulations Lisa! You made two of your challenges as well as losing 2 pounds! We are both fast approaching Onederland!!
