i posted already in acheviment board but i am so excited i may post in all boards ha ha i made goal today ,i have lost 141 pounds, i was just so emotional i am about to pop a cork , ill prob. not sleep a wink. ;) ,i began this journey on febuary 13th 02. i walked into that meeting thinking well here goes another diet,it has never been that to me since then, it is truley a way of life I used to hear folks say that about othere programs and I would think yea right , but because i started at 296 pounds i started out eating so much food i would have to really try to eat min points and since i have been getting ap all along i can truthfully say it has been a blast after my first 10% I would just focus on 5 pound stars that is all I could do , it was just too far away to think about being 155#I knew it was g-o-i-n-g to happend but i had to just stay focused on collecting those stars,now i will approach maintaining the same way ,just more of the same it is actually a fun hobby to me now , but it is so much more too. well bable bable, i better hush , just wanted to share with all of you who have been such a inspiration to me and my anchors .GOd bless you all
