Dear Bcbers,
I am really trying to focus on "living the program" rather than worring about the scale. I refuse(like in times past) to look to the weekly wi as my total source of feedback, most of it, not ALL. So my new mental strategy is to say, keep on track keep on track and even if I go over points, which I have this past weekend, I am just refocusing and keeping strong. I want to stay on this forever, the long haul. I am changing classrooms(in the same school) and my old coworkers are anti-healthy eating, my new co-workers are exercisers and healthy eating people. Which is great. Today they are having a goodbye party and they are bringing in the worst foods. But, I am not only bringing in my lunch, but I am suppling cut up veggies and salsa! So there. Anyway, I feel better already. Have a good week all and good luck all wi's, but Hi to Saturday WIs. Judy
