Dear BcBers,
Well this Sat I was up 1/2 lb. But I knew it because I lost conrol 3 times this week and did not exercise as much as usual. My partner lost almost 2 which brings her up to 7 lbs lost and mine down to 4. I can't help but compare, but in a postive way to motivate myself. I am resolved to have a very ON TRACK WEEK. graemlins/thumbup.gif This morning I am going to the gym when it opens and then I am planning to have at least 3 more times at the gym this week. No more off program days, lots of water and keep busy. Well I will let you know how I do next week. Have a great week all, graemlins/wave.gif
