Friday weigh-ins August 8

Lost 1 pound. Went in early to weigh myself at work, (I'm on vacation) then weighed myself on my new scales: 11 pound difference. I'm going to stick with this. Adjusted my start weight up one more pound. Now, I will never weigh myself at work again. At least, not officially. ;)
