This was a good one, lost the +1.2 blip from last week.

Today's weigh in -3.6

20% goal another 31 lbs-- 5.6 pounds chipped off towards the 20%.

Congrats to all us losers. I lost 1.0 this week. And that was with even going to a County Fair. This week shall be interesting. I am going to a wedding, and it's reception is a desserts and wine party. I am going to have lots of vegies before I go. And I plan to drink extra water.

Not good news on my end graemlins/sobbing.gif , I gained this week 1.2. Realized that I had Chinese food
Sunday while dining at someones house. There
were no veggies to choose from so I had a little of what was there. My leader last night said that the salt in that makes you retain water and blows you up. I am soooooo aggrivated. I still have
15 lbs off, but it could have been more. I am
very determined this week to get rid of it. I can say one thing..........never eating Chinese food again. Thats that. Thanks for letting me vent guys. I feel so crummy right now for that mistake.

Congratulations all who lost. Jac1,don't give up chinese food forever. It's too good. Remember the scale is just one indicator, and the water you retain isn't fat. Stay OP and it will come off easily. Lillie
