Monday Weigh In Aug 4

Hello Buddies,

my weigh in was unexpected good last night. I lost 2 pounds. After I gained 0.4 the week before, I'm really glad to be back on track.
I had a hard weekend staying OP, because my sisters were in town to visit me and we had a fun time but full of restaurant-eating and too much drinking
:rolleyes: So I was really glad, that I didn't gain...

Hope, you guys had a good WI. Can't wait to hear your results!!!

Congrats on that 2lb loss graemlins/thumbup.gif I know you stayed OP this weekend...right? ;)

I lost 2.5 this week, :D which finally took me out of the "220's" YAHOOOO

it also means that I am oh soooo close to my 10%. I set a personal goal to lose my 10% by labor day and I only have 4.5 to go! It is SO do-able

Where are all the other monday WI'nners?

since my start of ww, this was my first gain: +0.2. I am disgusted but not surprised. Although I worked out harder than most weeks....I was counting points only in my head...so much for mental math. My goal for next MOnday's WI is 1 ppound.....to hit that 20 lb mark which has been taunting me.
Back to journaling at a furious pace.

Sounds like you all are keeping on track! Anja..2 down is sooo good ain't it? being in contro is the only way!

brdwygurl..I was in the great NYC yesterday having a blast. In the audience of the View..very energetic audience at that and a free give away!
I also sat near Ann Rienking at Jo Allens during lunch. I so wanted to talk to her but didn't want to interrupt her time.and girl..10% will be all yours very soon. keep it up!

fifi..up a teeeeeny bit..it's really maintaining tho so next week is another week. you've done so well thus far!

Oh by the way I MADE LIFETIME TODAY! I am so excited! Just needed to express that!
