Dear BCBers,

Another 1.5 lb down for a total of just about 5 in three weeks. I consider this a great weight loss for starters. I am a slow loser which is fine with me. As long as the scale goes in the right direction. I have been varing my points from day to day and so far that is a good strategy for me. Have a good week all.
