Today was my weight in day and i'm down 2.6 pounds i know it't not a huge huge but for me it's exciting because i actually lasted one whole week without a binge epoisde. If there is anyone else out there who weighs in on Sunday's i'd love to hear from you and mabe we check up on each others progress each sunday to see how one anther is doing.

Hand me the smelling salts, I lost 4 pounds this week. Scared my cat I whooped so loud! Just the umph I needed after several weeks of .4, .5 losses. Hang in, everybody!

Hello Sunday weighers! I'm very excited about my 3lb loss for the week :D . I did the 4 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape 3 times last week. I think that's what did it for me.
