Dear BCBers,
Second week wi, down 3/4 lb! I had a spotty week, but ended up recovering a potentially bad week. I journaled no matter what, which was key. I also did not exercise as much as I usually do. The result of all of this is stronger resolve to increase my water and exercise and pay close attention to my points. I also have been watc hing a program on Health Discovery, I lost it. It has been helping motivate me as well as going to WW meetings with my friend. My girlfriend Lori calls me (and vice versa) during the week to keep us both accountable. Our husbands are out of town tonight, so we are going out to eat and a movie. We will keep each other OP. Have a great week. Regards, Judy L
