Friday Weigh-In July 25th

Hey everyone! I was down 1.6 this week for a total of 12 pounds. :D I'm excited and pleasantly surprised since Mother Nature will be in for a visit on Sunday. I'm usually up right before she arrives. :confused: Hope you all had a good week. Good luck next week. Remember-one day at a time!

I posted in the 100+ thread about my discovering the scales I weigh in are way off,(I weigh more than I thought it did), but the amount I've lost is the same, just don't have a clear idea of where I started. Probably about 10 more pounds than I thought. Upset at first, but okay now.
And........I lost 2 lbs! Yay. Will be getting my own scales and do an adjustment soon. And I will still weigh on Friday mornings!

kd, sorry about the scale fiasco, but WOOHOO on the 2 lb. loss! I guess better to find out the scales are off now, than once your closer to goal graemlins/thumbup.gif
