Happy Hump Day Everyone!!
I am on cloud 9 from realizing that today's WI brings me to the 25lb loss point!!! I do WW on my own at home so I don't get all the cool magnets and celebrations that others get from the meeetings.. so I have to pat my own back on this one! I hope you all don't mind me tooting my own horn! I still can't believe that I have lost so much weight but even better is all the energy that I have now! Thanks to my fellow BCB'ers for always sticking by with support and great inspiration. I know for a fact that I would not have come this far w/out all of you.. so to everyone I say a big and hearty THANK YOU!!!

Hey Everyone.
I just got back from my weighin, I was alittle nervous that I was plateauing because I stayed the same last week. However, I am VERY happy to report that I lost 1 pound. graemlins/crazy.gif I am .5 away from my 10% goal. I will be in Vegas next week so I am hoping to make goal there while visiting my parents. My mom hasn't seen me since I've lost those 16.6 pounds. I can't wait to see her reaction. Hope everyone has a great weigh in day.

1.2 lbs off this week, which brings me to 174lbs even, even and into a new points range! Hello to 20-25.

Congrats Latina Ace! 25 lbs! I can imagine that feeling. I'm hoping to get there next week - I'm .4 away from 25 lbs. I lost 1.4 this week.

Congrats to all! I lost another 3.4 last week for a total of 9.8. Only 12 more to go!

i lost .6, for a total of 132.6!!only 8 pounds to ww goal.13 to my goal.

i gotta brag a little i was so excited today i wore my shirt tucked in for the first time in 20 years,i was flotaing on a cloud, i know nothing could really..... ever taste as good as that felt.

Congrats to you all. this week was a bad one. I could not seem to stay on program or journal for that matter. And then came Wednesday, I almost did not go. But, I knew if I skipped I would have an even harder time getting back on track. So, I went and the scales proved I was off program. I gained 1.2 graemlins/ugh.gif So, this week I am going to try harder and look for more support where and when I can.

Hang in there Sami...You can get back on track! One of my favorite WW sayings now is "If you bite it, write it!" I tell myself over and over again. Sometimes, I even write down my meal before I eat it. It seems to help me stick with what I wrote down. Good luck, and let us know how you do next week!

Sami hang in there, fritter is right. I gained .6 and I am not concerned. I did not write down anything, but I did find out how many points it was and tried to mentally keep track each day. I did not exercise like I should have but I am back on track and writing things down and moving, more.
Sami just hang in there and don't worry about what the scale said.
I have decided that next week I will tell the person weighing me in that I do not want to know what the scale says until the next week. I have to prove to myself that the scale is not important. Three seconds out of my week will NOT control me. I am the one in charge. graemlins/bcbsalute.gif
