OK, I am starting today June 1st, back on the WW plan. I starting off with an 8 week goal of staying on program, and more importantly, incorporating excerise into my life. I have become less active with my weight gain. So I would like get a group of buddies interested in posting, and charting their success, and discussing their weakness, to help me get to the end of July (31st!!!)

I'm with you! For 8 weeks, I'd like lose 15 pounds! My only problem is that I'd have to report it a bit late since I'll be on vacation at the end of July and may not have internet access (although this challenge might keep me on track while on vacation!)

I'm in too - it'll be my first goal on WW! I'm going to keep on track by planning my exercise schedule each day on a weekly basis. I'm going to pledge 10 pounds by the end of July. My WI's are on Thursday, So I'll be posting results then.

Can I join you also? I have been having a rough time with WW lately so this may be just what I need. I will pledge to excercise at least 3 days a week, journal everything and lose 15 pounds by the end of July.
We can all do this.

Joanne, You freaked me out when I saw your name. I thought I'd forgotten something I had posted. It's so infrequent that I run into another Joanne, let alone someone who spells it right. :p
I'm already on a couple of other challenges trying to get back to my personal goal, but it never hurts to have more motivation. :) I WI on Saturday so if you don't mind I'll just post my stats then.
Start: 05/29 ~ 155.2
Week 1: 06/05 ~ 152.6 :D
Week 2: 06/12 ~ No WI
Week 3: 06/19 ~ 152.4 :mad:
Week 4: 06/26 ~ 152.2 :ugh:
Week 5: 07/03 ~ 151.0 :D
Week 6: 07/10 ~ No WI
Week 7: 07/17 ~ 151.0 this is getting old :ugh:
Week 8: 07/24 ~ 151.0
6/19 - I was a bit upset at the .2 loss over two weeks, but I have been exercising every day on POP on the food but I can see good changes in my body so I'm really not mad, just frustrated that all my hard work isn't showing on the scale. But I guess it's more important for it to show on my body than on the scale.
7/24-I have increased my exercise which they say can effect the scale temporarily. Let's hope for the WOOOSH next week.

i am in!!! i also started back on june 1, so this will be great! i dont have too too far to go, but the last few are the hardest!

I would love to join you. I have stayed the same for about two months now and need to get back being more careful with bits here and there. Also, I have been slack with my excercise. So starting right now back to journaling every bit and excercise here I come! Good luck everyone!
My goal is 11 pounds by the end of July.

This looks good for me!!! I just weigh myself on Wednesday mornings. I weighed 135 yesterday. So my goal by the end of 8 weeks is to be at 127. Are we posting our weight every week? Angie

Glad to hear you all are aboard. Sounds like we all have the same goals. Let's post what we are doing for excerise, and any great snacking ideas ( low points)
I am walking everyday 45 minutes to 1 hour.
I weigh in tomorrow , everyone else, post weigh ins on your weigh in dates.

I also maintained last week. I only walked 2 days last week. I will do my best to get the third in this week.

Week one sucess!! down 6 pounds. I walked 4 of the days this week for 30-45 minutes each. I had chinese one day ( small portions!) and ate out last night ( small portions!!!) Love the kellogs KRave bars, try them if you haven't yet. They get me through my "kravings for chocolate!!)
I also drank a ton of water this week, something I always tend to slack on!!. Most importantly is I didn't feel deprived, and felt in control.

6/8 199 (-6 lbs) yea!!!

I would like to join in also.
I started ww june 8th and the first week lost 5.8.
but weigh in yesterday I had only lost .2
But its something.
I would also like to aim for the end of July.
I think I will shoot for 10 pounds from right now.
I am 151.4
started at 157.4
goal by july 31st= 141.4
AND I NEED TO GET MY BUTT UP AND GET TO THE GYM!!!
I PLEDGE....5 DAYS A WEEK FOR EXERCISE.

I'm new at this so I'll join you guys until the 31st. My first weigh in is July 10th because I'm not weighing in until then (for two weeks) I'm around 140 now and I'll make a goal to make it to 132 so that's 8 pounds. :)

Count me in. I too have been having a rough time with WW lateley & have just recommitted to the program so this may just be that extra push I need. I pledge 8 pounds by July 31st. Right now I'm at 260.
