View Full Version : Need Help Getting to My Goal

Anyone want to join me? I need someone to be accountable to. I started WW in August 2001 and got down to 140 by May 2002. I kept it off until this past September when things got crazy and stressful around here. Now I'm back up to 157, leaving me at 27 pounds from goal. I try and do great during the week (do crunches, eat within points and get my water). The weekends really get to me and cancel out my weekly efforts. I am so tired of this roller coaster and need someone to help me. I wanted to know if anyone wants to join me on here and get to their goal as well. I want to make it by mid-June (before my next birthday). I believe it's possible as long as I don't keep messing up my weekends. I feel like if I have to do this each week on here, it will help me have a goal that I can reach. Anyone willing??? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am here and working toward the same goal as you are now. I started WW in July 2000 weighing a whopping 210.8. I made goal (145) on 07/31/01 and lifetime 09/11/01, but I got down as low as 139.8. I maintained around 140 to 142 and have slowly let some creep on over the past year. I am now 159.8 and working back to 140.

Isn't this amazing. It's sad, but we can get back. Let's start posting our progress. We need to be accountable and I have no one to do that with. I do WW at home and my husband doesn't have a weight problem.
We can do this!!!

Hi, Mind if I join you? I started ww in April of 2002, weighing 287 (yikes!!). I hit lifetime in April or May of 2003, goal was 180. Sadly I have gained about 22 of this back. My goal is to lose 25 pounds (so I'd be about 175) by May 15th, as this is my wedding date and I'd like to feel and look good in my wedding dress (as well as on my honeymoon!).
I had been putting off getting back on track, for no reason, but now I am determined that I will do it. I also need someone to be accountable to for this tho. SO I think if we post here often it'll help!

I have done so well starting at 198 lbs and getting down to 129 lbs, my ww goal is 141 my goal is 130 lbs, but when i got to 129 lbs i thought i would go for 125lbs, only 4 more pounds, instead i gained and now i am at 141.2.. and so mad at myself :mad: .. we can all do this.. my weigh in is on thursdays, and my height is 5'2.5.. what is all yours??? summer is coming up and I want to look better...

Hey Rae, May 15th is my anniversary! That is awesome. Girl you can do this.
Y'all, I'm new at this posting thing. So, help me with this, ok. I guess we'll each post our achievements each week and give each other high fives. Woohoo!!! Skinny minis, here we come...

Hello y'all. Cheri--sorry I forgot to get back with you. I have been busy and haven't been on line much.
I had my first weigh in this past Tuesday and was down 2.6. YEAH!!!
How is everyone's week going???

Hey all! I started in Aug. 2002 at 214.2 :eek: . I got down to 155 (my goal is 152), then had to quit going to meetings due to my kids' crazy schedule. Now I am trying to do this on my own, but have gained back up to 164. I would like to be down to 155 (a weight I would be happy with) by May 15th too. Let's make that our goal date, should we?? I used to post on here all the time, but then got on a plateau for MONTHS and felt almost ashamed to post. I will post here with you all, and hopefully this will keep me accountable. Thanks all!

okay, well I gained 1.2 lbs.. not good.. but I new last weekend i blew it and couldnt make it up during the week.. my weigh in is on thur.. and so far i have been really good.. so I will just take it a day at a time.. and I am determine to get this off, so my goal is to stay op.. And I will loose next weigh in..

Hello all! I weighed in this week and I'm down 2.2 pounds. Woohoo! That's a first for me in a loooooonnnnnng time. Everyone keep up the good work. We will make it! I look forward to your posts this week. Have a great, OP week!

So far I have been doing well this week.. and for the weekend I was proud of myself,, stay op..yeahhh..
