Hello buddies!
I know a lot of us are trying to get into the 130-135 range, so I thought, why not start a challenge for all of us?!
Post what your goal is (somewhere between 130-135) and we'll go from there! I hope this gives me the extra motivation that I need, and it will hold me more accountable. Who's with me? Post your WI on whatever day is convenient, and I will update the stats as I can.
I hope I'm not alone in this!

Welcome Jessica and Missy! Thanks for joining me. It's this last bit that seems the hardest! I was at 139, but then I got married two months ago and gained 3 lbs on the honeymoon. I've lost some, but I'm having a hard time getting past that. Good luck!

May I join you all? I have also been teetering in the low 140's for quite some time now. I cannot wait to break into the 130's! I owuld like to make it to 134, hmmmm lets see by finals, early December. That gives me a goal of about 1 lb per week I think.

Welcome Jill, Andrea and Mandy! Thanks for joining us! Congrats to Jessica and Missy on their losses this week. I am up 2 lbs this week! :mad: It is TOM so I am attributing it to that since I was perfectly OP this week. How frustrating though. I think I will start posting current weights instead of pounds lost so we can see how close we are to our goals. What do you think?

Hey everyone. Im currently 138 on the dot and I weigh in Thursdays. I would love to make it to 130 but I'm not sure when I should make my goal date.

Aaaaaaack, we're falling down the page!!!!!!
I'm embarassed to post my result this week as it is so ridiculous. I've been under incredible stress during the past week and my body & mind just shut down. I've had no appetite to speak of whatsoever. It's improving slowly though. (I think I see a little light. As long as it's not an oncoming train, I'll be okay. ;) )
I weighed in yesterday at 127.2. odear.gif I'm actually hoping for a little rebound up next week for health reasons. I'm all about being and feeling healthy and right now I feel pretty crappy. Though I take comfort in knowing that I'm doing the best as I can right now and that the choices I've made when I have an appetite have been healthy ones.
I hope everyone is doing well. Let us all know how you're doing!!

My life has been chaos for the last three weeks. Hopefully the end is in sight.
Last week I had a 2.6# gain and this week a 3.2# loss. I'm at 141.6 now.

No loss for me this week. I have been stalled out. How frustrating! :mad: I got put on a prescription medication a week ago and I am just glad that I haven't gained!

I'm feeling a bit better and had a POP week. I had the healthy rebound that I was hoping for and was up 4.2 this week. That puts me at 131.4. I physically feel so much better! smile.gif

Having another POP week and hoping to be back to normal this week. Though.....I did quit smoking on Sunday! :D I've been chewing everything non-edible in sight. (I feel like the puppy.) Plastic coffee stirrers and straws are my favorite. Though my dentist is probably going to kill me!. odear.gif

I'm so glad WI is over. I look forward to it all week then get so nervous the day before. Done great this week. Lost 2 more pounds for a total of 18 LBS gone. graemlins/crazy.gif I'm now at 148.5 and well on my way. Good luck Missy on quitting smoking. I smoke and would love to be able to quit, just afraid I'll eat everything in the house. I quit a couple of years ago for one month and gained 13 pounds and was as cranky on the day I started back as I was on the first day. I'm gonna try to quit though, such a bad habit. Just wanted to share this with you all too. When I first started WW I ask my husband to set a goal and reward for me and he told me when I lose 20 LBS he would take me to the Smokey Mtns for a weekend trip for me and him and now I only have 2 more LBS to go and we are on our way YESSSS! smile.gif Just thought I would share that with you, if you only knew him it is almost impossible to get him to take the time from work to do anything much less for a whole weekend. I'm excited about it. Hope everyone has a great OP day.

It's been awhile since I posted, but I didn't have anything to report until this morning. I weighed 143.75 this morning.
Shannon, my weight is coming off slowly also, but over time it all adds up. It is frustrating though when that scale won't move.
Missy, I'm glad you're feeling better. You are so close to your goal!
Jessica, You had a great loss. So close to the 130's!! Hope your life has settled back to normal.
Cheryl, Welcome and I hope you have a wonderful weekend. That's a great reward for all your hard work.
Adrea, That leaves you with 3 more to go. Yea!! Sometimes I feel like these last pounds are super glued to me.

I didin't make my goal of 130 for today but I am 133.6. It's not THAT far away. And I started out at 138 just a short while ago! So I'm happy still. It would be nice to be 130 by next week.

Is it too late to join this challenge>? I joined WW four weeks ago. 130 is my personal goal weight. The weight is slowly coming off but I would love to part of a group of people who have the same end goal -- to see the 130s once again! (It's been 13 years for me -- my baby is a teen and I have no more excuses!!).
Let me know if I can join in or if I need to start a separate challenge. Do you have an end date in mind? I'm shooting for 130 by Christmas.

It's definitely not too late to join! There's no set end date to the challenge, just whenever you get there. I am aiming to hit 130 by Christmas as well, so we'll see. I keep hitting plateaus along the way graemlins/ugh.gif Hopefully we can motivate eachother!

Weighed in at 142.5. Welcome Brigitte. I haven't seen the 130's in awhile either. The last time that I was at goal, my son was about 3 years old and he will be turning 18 in February. The good news is that my ww goal is 7 pounds higher than when I was in my 20's. But it's harder to take weight off than it used to be. Hope everyone has an OP week!! Jill

My WI is on Saturdays. I'm hoping to hit 130-135 by New Year so that gives me almost 7 weeks.

Don't be too hard on yourself Cheryl. .5 pounds isn't that bad. Maybe it's water weight! I am sure you will lose that half pound (and then some!) next week. Keep your chin up buddy!

Well, I am finally down to 140! It's so close to the 130's I can taste it! How is everyone else doing?
I was just talking with DH this weekend. I may change my goal weight to 135. I'm really not sure. I think I will wait 'til I get there. I just don't know if I have another 10 lbs to lose. (wow! That's something I never thought I'd say!) So I guess I will just take it as I go!

How is everyone doing? I would like to get back to this goal , as well as the wonderful support on this thread! I have to admit I did not do well over the holidays and am looking to get back on track. I am back to 133 and looking to get to my personal goal, 125, or at least out of the 130's!!! Sorry I haven't posted lately. Have been in a rut through the holidays. I quit smoking and was very concerned about that but only gained 1.5 after that. Anyway, had WI today and am finally doing better, had a loss of 4.5 LBS. So now I'm at 140. Only 5 LBS more for WW goal and 10 for mine. I would like to be at my goal by my anniversary April 1.
