How do you establish your goal weight? I am new to WW and this last thurs was my 3rd meeting. I am 5' 8" and started at 153 lbs. When I was a younger woman I was about 135. NOw I am 40 + I know I won't see that number again. What is a realistic goal weight for me?

Goal weights are very different for everyone. When I was younger, I did alot of bodybuilding. So I was 5'6", 140lbs, a size 6 and 12% bodyfat. Now I know that 140lbs would look alot different on me! I'm also trying to switch my focus from weight loss to a healthy and "in control" lifestyle (aka OP.)
Personally I haven't figured out a goal weight yet. I now have 2 babies and a different life from my younger days. So I'm taking it 10% at a time and will talk with my WW leader and friends to figure out a reasonable weight as I get further down the scale.
