I'll join you. I also (re)committed 6/29/03 and would like to think I could get to onederland by the end of July. (5 weeks if I go to my 8/2/03 weigh-in, for about 8#s) That would be such a great feeling!!!

I noticed there was a "June Goals" topic so I decided to start a "July Goals"
Since I am (re)committing as of 6/29/03, I figure I should be able to make July really special. I am just over 200 lbs so I hope to make it to 192 lbs by the end of the month.
First step towards my "Fit by Fifty" ultimate goal!

Since tomorrow is my first Monday weigh-in of the month and I only have 3 more Monday weigh-in days following for July, I think it is safe to say that I should lose 3 pounds from July 7 to July 28. What the actual weight will be? I will post my official weigh-in numbers tomorrow and go from there!

Hi everyone,
I got weighed-in on Saturday morning and I had lost 2.4lbs. I was one week shy of my June goal of 5.2lbs. I have reached my 40lb. weight loss.
For July I had pledged to lose 4lbs.. Perhaps I will surpass that goal. I will keep you updated. graemlins/wave.gif

I'm in...
I weigh in on Wed. a.m.'s...but I can swing the 4 week challenge.
I would LOVE to loose 8lbs this month of July.
I will be realistic and shoot for 6! At little over 1 each week is being good. I'll still shoot for 2lbs each week. I'm afraid this week (wed) is already shot since I didn't do so grand on the 4th.
I vow to
continue to journal my points daily
continue to gradually add more water each day
Add more fruit to my diet (veggies are fine)
Go the gym 4-5x a week
swim laps in the pool
Bike ride at least 2x a week OUTSIDE.
I CAN DO THIS!
I have all of you on my side!

Hey July goal buddies....
Nice work! Looks like we're focusing on behaviors that make a difference. I keep editing my posts and I think others are doing that too. I can hear the marching song... One day, one hour, one minute... high ho... make that choice, drink that water, move that body... heigh, ho.... 1,2,3, 4,.... 3,4 ...

Hi July goal folk....
How's everyone doing? I got sick over the last week and haven't done the updating of my list. I have done OK with eating, but have been more ragged about other things. I haven't been able to run, but I have walked and biked some. Yesterday, I moved from doing ww at home to returning to meetings. I posted on another board about the "sticker shock" of moving from my scale at home to the one at ww. Still, I have lost a solid 5-6 pounds in three weeks and that is not to be sneezed at. I NEVER have done better than that. I just need to keep my eyes on the prize.
So, on the next.... OMOHOD at a time.... jounaling, exercise, self-care, accountability...
I love to hear from others.
