Good morning buddies,

Well it's day 3 of 3 of the crazy work days this week. Yesterday we got to leave training an hour early which was nice, but instead of going home and relaxing, I went for a jog. It is amazing to me how addicted I've become to going jogging! I had way more energy after I went than I did before, it was awesome. I then proceded to spend the rest of the evening playing Star Wars on xbox and chatting with DH.

I'd like to do personals today as well but I'm afraid I just don't have time - training starts in less than 1/2 hr and I've got "homework" to read graemlins/ugh.gif

So I will hopefully catch up with you all tomorrow!

Cheers graemlins/wave.gif

Good morning. I've changed my work schedule from 9A-5P to 5P-1A but my body has not yet gotten the sleep later in the AM message!
It's really working out well being back OP and I am finding myself staying at the lower end of my points much more easily. I think less processed foods and more veggies and fruits are working well as a strategy for me.

Have a great day all.

Happy Wednesday Buddies!
As my mom would say, 'the sun is shining and the birds are singing, what more can you say?!' I have vowed today to stop obsessing about my scale not moving, it will, when it is ready. Been reading posts about the *new* WW -- I am psyched to see the changes. I may even join ( again - you really should get discounts after you have joined for the 15th time tongue.gif ) My new mid-week resolutions are:
I will drink ALL my water!
I will stay away from the scale - except for once a week!
I will go to dance class!
I will NOT LET THE TURKEYS GET ME DOWN!

Melanie - I want to run, but I HATE it, how can I get to like it????

CeCe - you too, what is the key to enjoying running!? How did you start??

Happy Wednesdays to all!!!!

Good Morning everyone...Jaci couldn't remember where you lived when you said freezing cold. It is in the upper 80's - mid 90's here in the Midwest. Last Saturday it finally got to 100. Hot and humid but I like it better than freezing cold.

Had a good OP day yesterday and plan on the same today. Going to go make a Milk Shake to go right now so I need to do that. I need to get out the door for work but wanted to check in real quick. I am determined to visit this board in the morning before work and in the evening too.

Have a wonderful day, Teresa graemlins/wave.gif

graemlins/wave.gif Good Wed. Morning Buddies,

I am with Kim how do you girls run? I am a whole hearted walker. That is hard enough on my body. :D I do walk 1 hr about 4 miles two times a day. A morning walk and a PM walk. I have two walking buddies. We keep each other motivated. You do become addicted to it. I have much more energy than I ever had.

I have some clothes to get ready for the consignment shop. They will take 25 item. On hanger. Clean, pressed, perfect condition (no stains, no buttons missing, hems out etc) also they are only taking Fall items. My oppion on a Fall item my be different than theirs. They get half of the sale. I think that they only will keep them for 90 days. I will find out more when I take them in.

You all have a good OP day. Nice to see more BCB posting on the Daily Thread. smile.gif

Happy Hump Day...and what a great day it is. Central TX is expected to get up into the high 90s today, and I love it!

Yesterday was sooo easy to stay OP with only myself to worry about feeding. I had to work to get to the low end of my points, and that was without adding any activity points (I'm not sure if yard work is counted as activity -- it certainly should be). Let's hope that it remains this easy for me.

Kudos to those who can and do run. I have never been able to run because of 'side stitches' that hurt like the dickens. So, instead, I do the WATP and regular, old fashioned walking. Now that I am alone with DH in Florida, I will be getting in much more activity time as well.

Here's to a great day.

Happy last Hump Day for July 2003 graemlins/wave.gif

I so wanted to do personals today but I am not going to have time, but I don't not want to post.....

I am feeling bloated today, so I think I am going to have to keep an eye on my salt intake. I am really looking forward to our walk this evening, even if it is FREEZING cold out there. Nothing like a hot shower to warm up when you get home though.
I am holding out for the new Tomb Raider "Dark Angel" game being released for PC tomorrow in Australia. It's already been out over a month for Play Station ... so I can't wait to pick it up tomorrow.
I am totally addicted to Lara Croft!!!!! Thanks to my DH tongue.gif

Nothing planned for the evening other than watching CSI Miami and keeping warm. Have a Staff Meeting soon so I better get the rest of this data entry in I am soooo behind

Have a Super Wednesday Everbuddy.
Take Care graemlins/kiss.gif
