I am trying to get used to doing the program at home. I do feel that weigh ins bother me more.
Not to mention can not exercise at this moment.
I fell on Monday in the parking lot of a store.
Someone had a parking curb right in the walkway and naturally it found me.
both knees very bruised and sore.
So I am trying to keep my points low .
Hopefully I will do ok.
My sister did hers at home and lost 85 lbs.
so she was successful.

Sorry to hear about your injury.

As for not exercising, you have a valid reason not to at this point (injury!), plus a LOT of buddies take the first couple of weeks to learn the ropes of the program before adding exercise into the mix. So that shouldn't be a problem!

As for keeping your points low... you meant at least eating your minimum, right? (Just clarifying) Because going below your minimum would NOT be a good idea...

Anyway, buddy.. you can do it! Take it one step at a time. Belive it (work on it) and achieve it!
