Starting again

I stopped journaling and then just got off track. I know no excuses. Anyways, here's my little update. My dh was in Kuwait and returned about 2 weeks ago. While he was gone I lost about 25 lbs and have maintained that. So I am trying to get my focus back. I know that if I can just get started it will all flow again. I am still happy with what I have accomplished (50 lbs so far). So I am considering this my first step, posting to BCB.

Glad you DH is home from Kuwait safe. How is the baby - I guess he not a baby now!!
