Good morning my @Home buddies!

I hope everyone is doing great today, it is already the middle of the week *happy dance* and it also appears to be clearing up today! (It rained for most of yesterday).

I went for a jog yesterday in a local park (Point Pleasant for those who know it). Anyhow, it was a 21 minute jog, 5 minute warmup and cooldown. I spent over TWENTY minutes "cooling down" because I could not FIND my car! There are two parking lots outside the park, and one is easy to find (just follow the waterfront). The other is not really easy to find, especially because there are MANY paths in the park to jog on, and I had no idea anymore if the parking lot was on the top or bottom of a hill, or anything, LOL. Ah well, I did get in an extra 20 minutes of walking so that is good. Next time I will pay more attention to the names of the paths I jog on!

I also deserve some kicks today, graemlins/bcbkick.gif graemlins/bcbkick.gif , for eating Indian food yesterday but not knowing the points before I ate. To my credit, I did try - I had printed off Dottie's Indian food points guide but brilliant as I am, I left it in the car! LOL. Anyhow, I ended up doing the best I could, eating small-ish portions, but I still think the saffron rice killed me, it just sparkled with all the grease on it graemlins/ugh.gif . I used up all my day's points plus my bank, for a total of 19.7pts for that meal. I certainly hope that it wasn't worse than that!!

Jaci - enjoy your walk!

Everybuddy else - have a great day!

Cheers graemlins/wave.gif

Good Morning Buddies!!

Internet was down this morning so I am just getting on here now.

I have 5 daycare children here so this will be quick! I have that has been on vacation for almost 2 weeks and OMG she is a hand full. She is totally spoiled, so I will earn my money with her today!

Did a 2.5 mile run this morning, I am trying to pick up my pace some and wanted to do 3 miles, but my stomache started to rumble again, so I headed home.

My 14 year old and I have started walking at night, it is nice to spend some "alone" time with her. Last night we did 2.5 miles.

Jaci: Glad you had a nice visit with your parents.

Mel: I have lost my car before! It is kinda funny AFTER the fact.

Happy Hump Day Buddies :D graemlins/wave.gif

I am feeling much better today even with TOM hanging around.
It was lovely catching up with mum and dad last night, they are both very well. I was informed we have a big family gathering again in August (instead of Christmas).
DH and I commence our evening walking regime today which I am really excited about. I have really missed my daily sobaticle smile.gif
I apolgise for no personals today, it has taken me 3 hours just to post this from stopping and starting. I have to get ready for our weekly staff meeting.
Take Care Everybuddy.. see you tomorrow graemlins/kiss.gif
