Well, I've had two excellent weeks of exercise, and two excellent weeks of WIs. I don't think that's a coincidence!
Let's have another wonderful week, ladies (and any gents out there). I'm hoping to finish my 2003 minutes this week, then plan to just keep track of how many minutes I do total.

Sunday 7/13: 60 minute walk (high intensity) = 10 Aps
Monday 7/14: 40 minutes recumbant stationary bike (high intensity)=7 Aps
Tuesday 7/15: 40 minute walk (high intensity) = 7 Aps
Wednesday 7/16: 20 minute walk (moderate intensity)= 1.5 Aps
Thursday 7/17: 35 minutes recumbant stationary bike (high intensity)=6 Aps
Friday 7/18: rest
Saturday 7/19: 30 minutes recumbant stationary bike (high intensity)=5 Aps

Sunday: 60 minute bike ride (6 miles)
Monday: None
Tuesday: None (Not doing so well this week!)
