Morning Everybuddy graemlins/wave.gif

Just a quick post while the PC system is running amok and won't allow me to do what I want to. Only 20 mins til I knock off though :D

WI this morning and I am down another .8kg graemlins/crazy.gif That's about 1.2lbs ( I think). I am sooooo over my plateau. *happy dancing*
Nothing much happening here today. Work is very busy and this will be so forever and ever now witht he new Gvt. changes. The jobseekers HATE us but ... the way around is to get a job, we keep telling them this but still they prefer the Gvt. to tell them what to do. *sigh*

I have pizza tonight. Home made with pita bread and all the good vegies.. I can't get enough fresh mushrooms on my pizza.

Melanie: Looks like I get to start off again.. Have a great Tuesday.

Kim: Well done for staying OP over weekend. Weekends are always hard for me. Be very proud of yourself.

Linda: Have a great Tuesday, hope your PC is behaving today.

OnePlusTwins: Congratulations on moving down in points !!

See you all tomorrow graemlins/kiss.gif

Good morning everyone!

Jaci - good to see you smile.gif Sounds like your job is just crazy these days - I don't know how you manage to stay so sane! Your pizza supper sounds delicious! And before I forget - congrats on your loss!! Looks like you kicked that plateau to the curb :D

I've come to a decision about my goal. As far as I am concerned, the mirror indicates that I have reached my goal, no matter what the numbers on the scale say. I will be continuing eating in my losing range (18-23) till Saturday's WI. If my WI result is 138lbs or less, I will begin eating in my maintenance range on Sunday. I won't add 4pts/day right away though, I will start by adding 2pts/day and see how that goes. Each Saturday I'll WI and depending if I lose or gain I will add/subtract a point from my daily range. Hopefully I'll find a nice happy range to be in which will let me maintain. I'm hoping to get my before/after pictures up today or tomorrow - I'll be developing the few pictures I have of me in the size 6 dress today ;) I hope they turn out!!

Kim - WTG for staying OP during 4 days at home with the fridge! I know how much willpower that requires as my fridge and I are alone together each afternoon smile.gif

Linda - Sounds like you need to restart your computer! Mine does some wierd things when I leave it running for too long. Good old Windows

OnePlusTwins - Glad to hear things are going well in the new point range! When I moved down I had to find a few lower point foods (ie zero point soup) to kill the "hungries", but I am much more used to it now, and occasionally even end up with 5-6pts to use up after supper! I usually spend those points on a glass of lf milk and either a cookie, or some rice chips, depending on if I'm in a sweet or salty mood.

Patty - where are you? I miss your little quips/ideas at the end of your posts smile.gif

Well everybuddy, have a great day! Cheers graemlins/wave.gif

Hi Buddies, Well I think the computer thing is really a problem with our new mouse. DH bought a new one and it has a roller in the center. It's when I hit that and it rolls that the page slides down and I can't get it back. I'll have to show DH tonight and see what he thinks. Well more rain only this time there were tornado warnigns. Seems there was a tornado spotted about 19 miles W of here. Thankfully the formation died down before it got here. Then we had 3 more bad storms roll through over night. And thanks to my weather alarm I heard about it before it happened. Those can be a good thing, but I woke up each time the alarm went off and then each time the storm hit. Going to be tired today. Need to take the kids and myself to the dentist so I better get going.

Take care

Jaci - Glad to see you had another loss. Keep up the good work.

Mel - Sounds like a good plan. Let us know how it goes.

Hello everyone else yet to check in today.
