How are (or did, considering this is a weekend and probably no one else will post till Tuesday ;) ) you planning on handling the holiday?

I, for one, will use probably most of my flex, but will be doing heavy gardinging all weekend and that should count for some activity points! (althought I won't count those)

My DH is grilling portabellas for me, instead of hamburgers on Memorial day, so I can feel like I can eat a little more. I plan on having wow potato chips and make my orange fluff again for the get together.

Good luck everyone and stay OP! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

My parents are having a cookout and when I asked if I could bring my own food, they were delighted to accede to my request!!! Instead of burgers and potato salad, I am bringing turkey burgers with sugar free buns and making a low-point potato salad (this one will be THE potato salad). If I buy some baked chips that should help me stay OP. We will also be swimming and I am the only adult that will play with the kids so that should get me some AP as well.

I'm spending a good amount of time exercising at the gym each day. Thank goodness they are open! Of course, they are only open until 2:00 today, so I may have to do something on my own today.

I am attending a barbeque at my in-laws house. I wish I had the option of bringing turkey burgers, but unfortunatley they would be insulted if I brought my own food. So I am making a fruit salad as a side dish, and I plan to eat something before I go so I can be in more control when I am there. I should be able to earn some aps chasing around my 8 month old son as he tries to tear apart thier house:)...lol. And I have saved most of my flex points just incase I need them!

I did it! I stayed OP!!! This is my first holiday at my parent's since I started. They always have LOTS of food and everyone brings more. I came real close but I did it. I even ended with 1 point at the end of the day. My family revolves around food so it was not easy. I am really proud of myself!!! Good luck to ya'll. (I'm from Texas)
