Akiraj,
What WW program are you own? Do you go to meetings?
I’m following winning points @home (don’t have the actual at home package, but I have the program from when I attended meetings last year).
I WI on Fridays at my sports center, yeah, just me and the scale...and now here. I know you WI on Sundays so we will update!

hey well my israeli argentinian bud,
Its no problem -- I'll WI on Fridays from now on.
I am also not attending meetings - infact i dont even have the points book with me at the moment - my friend has it (we paid together for the home program) - so we are similar.
well I am off to make a 6 point dinner, that is what i have left. I'm, feeling really depressed tonight - and my tendency (of the PAST - Im being strong because this is BOOT CAMP - no excuses graemlins/bcbkick.gif ) is to not eat versus overeat when im at home. Dealing with my little body image demons. I say to them, my demons: I will drag you through the healthy path to reach my goals and when i am there, you will be gone!
graemlins/crazy.gif
LOL. Tomorrow will be POP. And i should walk my poor dog too.
Im real glad ive got a bud, and welcome anyone else who wants to join!

So how do you know how many points in food?
Are you THAT good? or you guesstimate a lot?
Make at least a photocopy of food points value. It is very important that you calculate it correctly if you are just starting, after you can "see" the points in food more easy.
I still don't trust my eye that much... ;)
I try to use evryday measues like a spoon or a cup.
Hey! go take out your dog...you'll be getting some excersice at the same time!
So...what program are you on? is it flex? cause I don't have that here...
Don't even think about overating, you will make this one POP too, buddy, you can do it!

LOL - I got the book back from my pal today. And i dont plan on giving it back for at least a week! ;)
OMG - I am so bad. Guess what? I went over my points the last two days (sun and monday today): I ate a toasted sandwich (4) and tonight i TOTALLY indulged in a banana cake too much. I cant find the exact points, but it had icing - I'll give it 8.5pts (THATS a guestimate with yogurt). AHHHH! I suck! graemlins/bcbkick.gif
So -- having gone over a grand total of 12.5pts in my first two days of this week, how do i make up for it? I dont really understand activity points yet. I mean should i eat less the following days as my book says? Ie - average it out to 15points per day so it would be technically averaged at 18points = POP? Or.. how much moderate walking should i do fo rthe rest of the week?
Im feeling discouraged but safer for being here at boot camp: graemlins/bcbsalute.gif I know that WW is REAL LIFE - the beauty allows for this. I dont often have cake, but hey - i did and now im over. Any advice?
Doggy still needing my walking powers..

Hey Buddy!
First, I'm really glad that your posting what's going on with you. It seems to me that your are having trouble getting started with WW (it happened to me too). Ask yourself if you are really doing what it takes to make it happen...and be honest to yourself.
Now grab your WW first week booklet and read it all (yes, again). Let's just focus on the basic things:
1. Water, water, water: how many liters have you drank today? (I'm about to make to 3!)
2. Excersise: it's great that you are making a walk everyday (according to my WW book, that should count as 2 Activity Points = AP).
We'll see what else you could do.
Right now, I;m concered about what you eat, girl!
I've read your post on your menu...
Girl start eating some REAL food. Don't be afraid of having something that's more than 2 points (I used to behave like you, anything over 2-3 points a serving was too much ). What about some pasta (careful with sauce) or rice and vegetables. Both are easy to prepare (and cheap)(you could check the BCB boards for ideas).
The beauty of WW is that you CAN have cake, just plan for it so you don't go over points.
I'm following winning points, and the booklet says that if I excersice regulary I can change maximum 12 AP's a week for food. I don't like the exchange, but since I haven't been doing so great lately, I'll give a try, I'll save them for something I really like.
I hope this helps, don't feel bad, just take a time to make some thinking on how you can improve, the good news is you are on board and you are not leaving! ;)
You'll have to unlearn what you knew on calories counting, and starving and overeating...and learn again the healthy WW way!
So what's you plan for this week? (remember WI is on Friday... graemlins/ugh.gif )
Take care, buddy!
PS here's your graemlins/bcbkick.gif

Thankyou. graemlins/bcbsalute.gif before I sign off for tonight, a short reply.
Gawd. Im so emotional. i just FINISHED my period. graemlins/clown.gif Haha.
Okay. Plan. for tomorrow.
1- exercise
2 - LOTS of water. 2 LITRES.
3 - eat better .. really eat better. Ignore the fear of going over points. Drink more water. Post up my intake for the day when im done.
4- journal (no prob here) - but better portion measurements.
Thats my plan.
Bud, I salute you. I might be having a little trouble, but im no quitter. graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

So? how did it go yesterday?? what's your plan for today?
Yeah, get use to much more planning, at least at the beginning when you need more structure. Eventually you''l figure out what sort of structure do you need. I saw you received plenty of menues ideas in the other boards graemlins/thumbup.gif
Have you come up with a meal plan that's good for you? Definitively, try to think about breafast, lunch, dinner and some snacks, as opposed to continous eating all day long.
I had a pretty good day yesterday, stayed within target points, stick to my plan, and spend 1 1/2 hours in the gym, feeling energetic!
I want to keep it up for WI this Friday!
Please tell how are you doing, buddy?! smile.gif

Hello Nat and Akiraj!
I would love to join you. I'm not sure of my exact weight but I think it's around 125. I will have a chance to weigh myself tomorrow morning and then I can let you know the exact number. My goal is 115. I am also doing WW at home (I have the materials from my DB's mom). I could REALLY use the support and would love to also help support you. Let me know if I'm in. Thanks!

Abby, welcome to our challenge! :D
You are close enough with your current weight, and goal, so I welcome you aboard!
Akiraj and I decided to WI on Fridays, it would be great if you could too, so we have the same week. Anyway, let me know your exact starting weight so I can add you to the first post as well.
So how long have you been on WW? Are you following the flex points?
I'm so happy you are joining us! graemlins/crazy.gif
Have a great OP day!

My boyfriend and I started doing WW in March and since then he has lost 40 lbs  Initially I got down to 118 lbs lbs and then I started feeling really good and stopped counting points and thought I could keep losing weight without actually counting and obviously that didn't work so here I am again. I'm doing winning points. I'll try to adjust to the Friday weigh in. I'm used to weighing in on Monday but maybe Fridays will work for me too.

Great that both you and your BF follow WW together, I suppose it makes it easier (though, aww, why do men loose weight so fast!). Is he still OP?
I'm also doing winning points at home!
Have the same problem, I lose alittle, feel wonderful, loose control, get angry, keep going!
I'm learning that I have to be 24/7 OP, and learn to make it as a part of my life.
Anyway, I thought we could "spice" our challenge by seeing who's the biggest looser of the week, and who have done better in excersising.
So who losses more and earns more AP gets a star (and bragging rights, of course! graemlins/crazy.gif )
We could start this for next week
(Week 31/10 - 6/11 (WI 7/11)
Weight loss STAR of the week: ?
Exercise STAR of the week: ?
What do you think? I'm sure this will boost our motivation! Are you in? graemlins/bcbsalute.gif
PS What do you do for excersice? we have to decide where our AP will come from...
abigailjessica
10-28-2003, 09:49 AM
My bf is not OP. He actually always "cheated" but for some reason just kept losing. Now he doesn't even count points but has maintained his weight.
As for exercise I was running but I started getting these really pounding headaches when I ran so I stopped. Now I am going to do some Pilates and maybe my WATP tape. I'm not much of an exerciser so I don't think I'll get bragging rights in that category but I'll try. What do you do for exercise? Tell me more about yourself.
Abby
akiraj
10-29-2003, 12:12 AM
ohhh you guys are totally beating me in the exercise ranks! I'll have to outdo you both next week. Pleased to inform you both (welcome abby!) that I have been back OP for the past two days - AND today I had about 3Litres of water! YAY!
my days have been:
breakfast 2 slice toast with diet jam
snack - herbal tea and lite cookie (0.5points) or yogurt
fruits - 2 apples
lunch - bread roll with salad on it
snack - cornthin crispbread (trying to cut down rather than make it a full meal LOL)
dinner - vegies (stirfry or grilled) and a protein meat like tuna or chicken. Small bit of rice.
Sound better?
Both days i have been a bit under points - I am making up for the banana cake over doing it. And because WI is friday, I should haul my ass off an do some exercise!
Guess what? I got two comments in the last two days .. that my face looks thinner. I was secretley thrilled of course - but also immediatley thought: "Oh they're just saying that/ just being nice"-- do you guys ever have reactions like that?
Ohhh I would like to think of more "star" awards for us.. like the biggest self-revelation of the week or something. .. a star for x. y, z. Best exerciser, most water, most postitive increase or something.
Gluck to you girls! I have to run and find a disk i have misplaced here at home or i am going to be absolutley DEAD!

OK people...where are you??? We weigh in tomorrow. I don't think I will have lost because I just gave you my official weigh in on Wednesday. I went grocery shopping last night and tried to get some new things because I think that one of the reasons I kept going off program is because I was getting really bored always eating the same things. Hopefully this will help keep me OP and jump start my metabolism. Talk to ya'll soon.

heya grrls.
I am EXACTLY the same weight for this Friday WI!
its been like this the past few weeks: 60-62-60-60kg. Grrr.
On the bright side, at least i can eat and maintain no probs, but im on a freakn plateau before i have even started! its 2 weeks WW now. I ve been upping my water intake and going for EXTRA walks as well. I called up WW by phone and they said maybe im loosing inches/ centimeters and my weight will catch up. Also eat small meals every three hours to keep up the metabolism. SIGH! :(
I am 165cm which makes me think im 5"5, BTW.
Oh well girls,
yours in FRUSTRATION,
Akiraj.

Hey my A friends ! (Abby and Akiraj) ;)
Sorry I've dissapeared for a while...been struggling a lot with the program lately. I know going away from BCB won't help either. graemlins/bcbkick.gif
So Friday, a new week, a fresh start for me anyway. I WI today I;m at 60kg, same as last friday, but 1Kg up from my starting weight graemlins/sobbing.gif
There's some TOM gain involved, but moslty my fault... graemlins/bcbkick.gif
I earned 15 AP last week. Where they came from?
I made a 30 min. treadmill + 30 min elliptical rutine at the gym, twice. Then bike 20 min. Plus a 30 min walk in the park. How about that!
I don't count activity points from every day activities. What did you do? some excersice at least? (cause I'm gonna win the STAR for that if not ;) ).
Akiraj, I' amazed on how you improved your meals! It seems that you are really eating better. Don't worry about the maintainance...give some a few more days, and definitively start working out!
Abby, congrats on your loss! You got a STAR girl!
So hey, we already have an excerise challenge, whoever earns more AP a week wins a STAR! just post what you do, and toghether we'll find ways for each one of us to do better...and enjoy it!
I'm doing fine with water, excepts on weekends that I tend to drink less :(
I'll update our stats on the first message.
I'll catch up with you during the weekend.
Take care, Nat.

Nat here's your graemlins/bcbkick.gif for going off program and here's another graemlins/bcbkick.gif for not talking to us about it. That's what we're here for. We all have been struggling so we know what it's like. Next time you're having a tough time come here and try to talk it out.

hey girls,
Loved to read your posts: Im checking in again.
Heya Nat! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif YOU CAN DO IT! Dont worry - its TOM gain, just a little obstacle on the road. The road is long: I know you'll continue to our super kick ass sexy personal goals.

Okay girls -- lets get moving. And looking forward to a great result next Friday.

Good Morning Buddies! :D
I had a pretty good weekend, had fun, went out and stayed POP! That's what I like about starting the WW week on Fridays, weekend is over at the beginning when I'm most motivated...and now we have the week ahead, I have my daiky rountine ...one day at a time, right? graemlins/thumbup.gif
So me dear FTL's buddies, you have to start excersing! I used to do nothing at all, now I even like it! Start slowly if you must, small walks, or do you fancy any sport? Think about something that you would enjoy doing, and that realisticly you will keep on doing.
Here's my excersice plan for the week, so I can get accountability:
FRIDAY: GYM, 1.15 hr routine - COMPLETED
SATURDAY: 30 min walk - COMPLETED
SUNDAY: GYM, 1.15 hr routine - COMPLETED
MONDAY: Rest day
TUESDAY: 20 min. Swimming + 30 min. treadmill COMPLETED
WEDNESDAY: Rest day
THURSDAY: GYM, 1.15 hr routine COMPLETED
Will update...how about you posting your plan too?
Have a great weekend!
Nat graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

Hiya buds!
Well, I didn't get to go hiking this weekend as planned because it rained. However, I did help my brother move so I think that made up for it. I was OP all weekend too! I felt so good this morning that I just had to sneak a peek at the scale and it said 124!!! TOM is on the way though so by Friday that may change.
akiraj
11-03-2003, 04:35 PM
also had a good weekend! I walked heaps and drank water. Ive a sweet tooth and already used all my 14 weekly sugar points in about 3 days, but oh well. Im still OP, and happy -- hope the scale refelct this in another 2 days!
Its exam week for me -- im working all day then doing my performance exams at night all week till saturday. I am totally starving by 10:30pm when i get home! (And leave at 8:30pm)... its a long week, but i wont give in -- i actually walked over to the local shops and bought yogurt much to the disgust of my class mates (chocolate more their taste). G'dluck girls!
abigailjessica
11-04-2003, 05:13 AM
Great job Akiraj! I'm sure the scale will reflect how well you've been doing. If not, don't fret, your body is adjusting and it is bound to catch up as long as you continue to stay OP.
Girls I have been feeling great. I hope this continues.
I know I already asked but do either of you have AIM or aol? Let me know.
Keep up the great work! :D

No IM, Im afraid, I'll let you know if things change tho. BTW: before you asked about my height -- im 165cm - 5"5 I think that is equivalent to.

I'm having a very good week; I miss my BF, though, he is on a trip but he is coming back on Friday...which reminds me..WI is on Friday!
Ladies...24 HOURS to go to the end of our week. A second week at FTL's challenge...who will earn the STARS  ??????
If you read my previous message you'll notice that I almost completed all my excersice plan for the week, still have to work out tomorrow.
BUT, I haven't heard anything from you...I keep asking and no answers...I won't stop ;)
So, I'll ask again: are you moving your butts even a little bit?
Personal corner:
Akiraj, If you get back home starving, why don't take a snack, fruit , yogurt, or a cereal bar earlier, so you don't get like that home. So how is your menu improvement going on? PLease let us know! How's your dog doing?
Abby, you already lost? good for you! you'll do fine by Friday. Now, TOM, for me is a big issue, it totally disrupst my being OP, really is because i let it...anyway. Just don't let it be an excuse, keep it up and your efforts will show
and Oh! I don't have AIM :(
You can always, always send me a PM, of course.
Be bright as a star...and have a great OP day!

ohhh.. Im bad, girls. This week has been off program for me: not over, but undre if anything. I get my walks to university and around during the day.. I guess totals about 30-45mins a day.
Its exam week, just insane: I am at uni from 8:30 till 10:30pm.. my breakfasts are still OP, but lunches are packed and OP, but my downfall is dinner: for example, last night It was just yogurt and cornthins (i got home at 11pm) - so i upped it with Cheese.
Im too scared to WI! LOL  I guess its not that scary -- but i can tell you tomorrow morning when i get a chance.... or graemlins/ugh.gif can i just tell you next week? then i'll know im okay? preety pleeease? Yaya, I need graemlins/bcbkick.gif

Girls...I'm back at 126. I guess TOM did affect things. Darn it. Oh well...Maybe next weeks loss will make up for it. I earned 0 AP's. I know...I've got to start exercising.
Sorry Akiraj...but you've got to weigh in. No excuses.
Nat, how'd you do?

Absolutley -- this IS bootcamp. I'm a slow learner, but.. so long as i learn.
"**** " says the Queen of Maintainance Land. 60kg! Will I ever move??
I am just not doing this right! Saturday - Today. Day one of my new week. Better.
Last week: -- why? Not enough extra exercise. Not consistent with points. Hit and went over my sugar allowance.
Good? Water intake, journalling. Breakfasts and Lunch.
 AHH! **** !
RESOLVE: this week, make this the forefront of whatever Im doing! MOVE THOSE SCALES! Im gonna have the head camp sergeant calling me up to explain if i dont start showing results!
How'd you do, Nat?

Hi buddies!
So taking advantage of my bragging rights this week I must tell that I did great.
This was the first week sinceI've started WW that I managed to stay 100% 24/7 OP! I'm so happy, I was beginnig to think I;ve never achieved that, and thus not quite respecting the BCB philosophy, bute hey, I did it, and I plan to go on.
Friday WI, lost 4.6 pounds (2.1 kg)! :D
(Hey Abby, I think part of this is related to being in TOM last week, I gained a lot, now I loose a lot...but mostly, I did a good job, i think). On top I earned 25 AP.
So, given all of the above I earned 2 STARS of our challenge. graemlins/bcbsalute.gif
Now, aren't you tempted to start doing something about excersice?
Akiraj, do you need help in planning your menues?
Come on girl, you will get this!
Let's have a great OP week, buddies!
I'll update our stats.

How was your weekend buddies?
Me and BF went to a party on Friday night was OK nothing special but we had a good time. WW was not problem at all. :D
Saturday we went picnicking to the woods, made a fire, had fun. Back home wrote down my exercise plan for the week and menus till tomorrow. I did not completely understood the power of planning before! This way I'm not recalculating points after every bite, I have a number of points assigned to each meal, and that's how I know I will maintain within target for the day.
Yesterday went to the gyM, I must admit i was very very tired, but hey, I'm having accountability here now, and wanted to come back and mark sunday as COMPLETED!
Anyway how are you doing?
Stamps, welcome to our challenge! You are closer than anyone of us to Goal! We are keeping each other motivated here. You are already an inspiration to reach goal!
Every friday we WI, the biggest looser earns a STAR, and the one who earned more AP for that week gets another STAR. Of course you are entitled to bragg! ;)
Abby and Akiraj, are not so into excercise..yet... I will bug you girls every week!
So, tell us about you stamps!

hmmm... yesterday was absolutley horrible. I just let it all go. I had a work meeting function thing - it was also my bosses birthday (hmmm.. cake: 12points alone) then we went out to celebrate at a seafood resaurant - i just let it all go for a night: chargrilled prawns, oysters w yummy (high point sauce).. I had snacked on mints all day..had a chocolate and handful of crisps.. It just went out the window. So If you ever stuff up for a day, let it be known that you are not alone! I have listed the foods - and BEFORE dinner it was a huge 40 points! BEFORE dinner! Gawd.. really.. thats a days points and ALL flexi points IF i WAS doing flexipoints..
I'm in major, major crisis recovery mode now.
Having said all that, confessed in shame -- I have to say -- the food WAS delicious, I had a great day - I've landed a great job and found out more about my position - which could involve travel to china up to 4 times a year -- I'll learn some great biz skills.. and all this from a gal who wont even GRADUATE her bachelor's degree till the end of next year. Score! graemlins/crazy.gif
When i was eating, i just said to myself - hey: sometimes you just GOTTA do this type of thing. Let loose, enjoy, make up for it later. WEight watchers thankfully fits and allows these things. One of my colleagues is doing atkins, and i have to say: I've never enjoyed my bread so much by comparison.
Well tell me what u think buddies. graemlins/ugh.gif
and kisses to you all. graemlins/kiss.gif

OK Akiraj...you asked for our opinions so here comes mine. I can totally understand what happened and I can also relate. However, that does not make it ok. We are here to support each other in staying OP. I am not here to say that it's ok when someone goes off program because it's not. I know that you feel that you went over points and everyone needs to indulge once in a while and you feel ok about it. I have never been very overweight, just had a few extra pounds I wanted to lose. I think your body is the same. We have the luxury of being able to have an oops quite often and not worry about gaining. Think about all of the people on this board who have lost 50 pounds or more. They are the ones who never go off program. They are the strong determined ones. We are so close to our goals and yet we keep screwing up. I have so much respect for the people who stay OP 24/7. I'll admit that I'm not one of them, but when I go off program I am upset about it, give myself a graemlins/bcbkick.gif and then get back OP. OK...with that said...who's interested in an OP challenge? I know there is a 100 days OP challenge floating around on this board. Anyone care to start a 25 days OP challenge with me?
What were your weigh ins girls? You too Akiraj ;)
Mine was 124.5 so I lost 1.5 lbs.

And by the way Akiraj, I didn't mean to sound harsh, just being honest. Congrats on the job! It sounds amazing. When do you start if you haven't already?

hey yeah abby - good point. didnt mean to imply im too lax with myself but i see thats how it came across? Thanx for the graemlins/bcbkick.gif anyhow. however.. i just got back on the wagon. Good points Abby. Thanx for not being honest, I appreciate it. It makes me better.
Actually, Im ahead of you -- I started my own 21 day POP personal challenge yesterday. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit - so 25 should be no prob by extention. But 21 days - 3 weeks is the little chart i've drawn up, which will take me up to 6th December.
My goals in order to get a star each day (21/21).
- hit points target. (18). Eat no more than 1.5APs per day (ie - up to 19.5, but preferably not).
- get in 2L of water; 8 glasses minimum.
- Take my dog for a 40min walk 6 out of 7 days a week.
- journal.
So far: 2days acheived in 21day POP challenge.
Hows that sound? Okay AND since you asked, I WI tomorrow. Its 9pm and i've got a day's worth of food and water in my stomach I'd rather not include when facing the scales.

HI girls!
I'm back...well sort of. My parents arrived, I;m so happy, and we took a few days for travelling together, went to Petra (Jordan) absolutely amazing! We came back on Sunday. I'm very sorry for not having check in with you in quite a long time. We've going out almost everyday, visiting family, and plus I have to work all day so I don't get to spend that much time with them as I would like to.I'm glad they are here till next Saturday anyway. I was out of town so i did not WI on Friday, though I'm sure i did not loose... graemlins/bcbkick.gif
I don't have much to say but that I've doing HORRIBLE, I deserve lots of kicks, I cannot seem to get back on track, I relaxed too much with their visit, I know it gets more difficult with all this eating out, but it's not impossible..I just let go completely... graemlins/bcbkick.gif
I know that I should stop this and get back OP, RIGHT NOW (not after I finished this stressful week at work, or after my parents leave, or any other excuse), but I can't, I mean, I know I"m not trying hard enough. Is like "i'm not doing this perfect, so I won't do it", how stupid is that?!
I'll do some thinking. Just wanted to let you know where I am. I don't think I;ll have much time to post till the weekend anyway.
Nat.
Our stats are updated on the first message (sorry for the delay). Abby congrats on the loss...STAR!
I know I'm not the right person to be asking this but, Stamps?! are you there?

oh dear arent we all bad this week?
I havent had the best week. Excuses, excuses - the weather has been absolutley pouring rain - no exercise walks, eating too much junk, not journalling..its four days running now. SO -- after consuming MUCH too much breakfast, I intend on doing my best to correct my bads. Remember the Christmas challenge, girls.
Where are you, and how have you been doing?
graemlins/bcbkick.gif for me and graemlins/bcbkick.gif s for you two.

Hi!
This challenge is failing BIG time, girls!
graemlins/bcbkick.gif Here's to all of us, and specially to me!
We have to get back here as from right NOW.
I don't want to go over a description of what has been going on last week.
After avoiding the scale for a couple of weeks I finallt WI las friday: 59 Kg. Exactly the same weight from when I decided to join WW more than 2 months ago. Went down ...and up again. So here I am, back to square one, but a lot learnt in the process. I still feel like a failure, accomplished nothing at all. graemlins/sobbing.gif
I'm going for a one week OP (I can't think of a longer term right now)...so far 2 of 7 days OP! graemlins/thumbup.gif
I journal, drink water, excersise (went to the gym and played tennis with BF friday and saturday)and I'm pleding to at leats say Hi to you every day!
I miss you girls, where are you? how are you doing?

Ok, WHERE ARE YOU?
I'm still at work but heading home in a few minutes, just wanted to cheki in , as I vowed to do every single day during this week.
Breakfast and lunch, OK! The hard time is always when I return home.
Today I will cook something healthy for dinner (probably zuchinni tart, or eggplant), Will go for a walk, and plan my meals for the next 2 days.
Let's see how I do.
One day at a time.
Abby, Akiraj, Stampshow about you?

The day is almost over for me. I'm posting and going straight to bed, I have quite a long day tomorrow at work.
So here's how I did today:
I stayed OP: stayed within target points and drank 2.5 liters of water. I had milk, F&V, not the recommended amount, but at least I had some.
I went for a walk: 30 minutes power walk at 10 pm (very late for me to be excersicing). So I don't care that much about the AP today, but for the attitude.
I cooked my version of eggplant parmeggiana and string beans for dinner (it tasted really good).
I plannned my meals for the next 2 days (wrote it down and put it on the fridge)
I will check in later, before going to sleep and let you know how I did: OK Here I am!
Hope you are well wherever you are buddies!

HI!!!
okay im back too... havent been 100%OP, mostly downfall in that time was food and junkfood and not counting it -- NAT-- me too: I am EXACTLY the same weight as when i started!!
Its december now, summer where i am in Sydney. New calendar day: Im giving myself a star for each day to see how i do. I've been OP since mnday, but i have to exercise everyday this week from now on to get my 5/7!
For dinner I had a sweet chillisauce stirfry with 2 rivita crispbreads, now im enjoying a frappe because i bought a blender on the weekend. I went for a 1/2hour walk in addition to walking to and from work (25mins each way) and got soaking wet! I may have to go to the gym to get my AP goals up.
OKAY christmas challenge. We can do SOMETHING!!
Im BACK! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

Akraaaaaaj!
I'm so glad were are finally bringing our butts back here!
I've been 100% since MOnday too (there's something about starting a new month, isn't it?). Since it was December 1st, it is very easy to count how many days OP.
So are you (Akiraj, Abby, Stamps (?)) ready to keep it up with our twin stats challenge: to refresh our memory:
1. WI is on Friday: we have to go and do it!
2. We can earn a STAR either but loosing more or earning more AP from excersice (I don't know about you but I don't count everyday activities as AP).
I just thought of somethign additional for making our DECEMBER more interesting:
Choose a cloth that doesn't quite fit and make it our goal to make it fit till New years. What do you think?
I'll have to go through my wardrobe, but I already have a jean in mind.
Take care, and pospt often, I miss you.

Hi buddies,
WI today: I lost 0.6 pounds.
I was a little bit dissapointed to tell you the truth, thought it was going to be more. But then I got to think that at least it was a lost, so I'm headed in the correct direction. I'm inclined to think that my body is resented for the yo-yo (on/off) of the last weeks, and anyway it's been only 4 days OP.
I also excersiced 1 hour today at the gym, and now I'm cooking zuchini tart. Water intake has been lousy so far (it's 6 pm for me now) so I'd better go grab my bottle.
I've earned a total of 5 AP's during this week :( [i can do better than this, I know]
How are you doing buddies??
Are we still on challenge? we can do this together! come baaack, I miss you!
I will be here on Saturday to check in before I travel on Sunday. I really don't know how much (if at all) I will be able to post during the next 2 weeks
So I'll be more than happy to see some of you in here as well.
Buddies, enjoy your friday!

Hey girls! how was your week? WI? Anyone out there???
I'm fliyng tomorrow to NY so here's my plan:
1) FLEX-NAT: I'm on WW winning points, but my plan for the trip is to pretend I'm doing FLex and use those extra 35 points for 2-3 meals a week. I need to know that I can eat some extra and still be OP, otherwise most likely I will go
off. So I'll go flex!
2) WWW: as in water, water, water. I want to drink about 3 liters while I'm in the office, should be easier.
3) SHARE: if there's something that I think I cannot calculate correctly the points or that it seems very very high, I will share it or eat half (pretend I'm sharing with DBF)
4) BCB: i'll try to post as much as I can, but I'm not really certain I will be able to do so.
In any case, I will write my post on a piece of paper and think about you buddies.
5) ENJOY: i'll focus in doing a good job, and in enojoying my trip as much as I can, and doing activities that do not involve food!
I WILL STAY IN CONTROL
(Remember how great it is to be in control!)
Take care buddies!
Nat
