Dear Fit and Sexy Buddies:

Our motto for this week is "Exercise More to Feel and Look Better."

Sunday, 7/27: 20 min walk, 20 min weight training
Monday, 7/28: 20 min exercise bike, 10 min walk
Tuesday, 7/29: 20 min exercise bike, 10 min walk
Wednesday, 7/30: 40 min exercise bike
Thursday, 7/31: no exercise
Friday, 8/1: 25 min exercise bike, 20 minweight lifting
Saturday, 8/2:

Exercise More to Feel and Look Better.

Greetings Exercise Buddies:

Gonna give it another weeks try about.. Have my classes, which are very mild, and will try to get moving and grovin on the in between days on my treadmill. It seemed to help last week in a weight loss.
7/27 - 8/2/03
Sunday: Walked the dog
Monday: 55 minute exercise class, walked dog and chased by another.Eek!! :eek:
Tuesday: Power jaw exercise in the Tea Room Restaurant, Tee Hee :D .
Wednesday: 55 minute exercise class, walked the dog.
Thursday: Walked the dog, walked 2 miles in mall, shoes were smokin, not knowing what DH was doing at the car dealer. :eek:
Friday: 55 minute exercise class , and finished cleaning this 'durn' house graemlins/sleep.gif !! Points?? Too tired to think.
Saturday:

I will continue with my exercise regime. Riding bicycle, riding healthrider, Wai Tai Chi and walk the dog. Six days a week, saturday is my day off.

This week I will get exercise into my schedule!! I have such a few to lose to get to goal again and I know that I need to exercise regularly to accomplish this. Thanks for the motivation!! graemlins/bcbsalute.gif Sharon
