New pictures (River)

I have added some new pictures to my picture trail. There are several news ones in the Greenbrier River Trail one. I am really expecting someone to come and float with me!

Sign me up! What gorgeous scenery! I'd love to come & float with you. Unfortunately, it won't be anytime soon as I am getting ready to return to work in 2 weeks. (My 28th year of teaching.)

The scenery is so lush, but I guess it would be with all that rain y'all had. LJ it's simply gorgeous. What fun ;) and one never knows where I'll be next. LOL

Beautiful pictures LJ....I would love to float with you sometime....Danny has bought a new Harley and he and some of the gang are riding to Taccoa Georgia to float some rapids there on Saturday....I am not going this time...I don't have a helmet yet!.....can't you just see it now...Motorcycle Mama!..LOL

LJ, it's beautiful! I'd love to visit! Who knows, Brian can take so few holidays, MAYBE I WILL come down there sometime......

Norma, you have to get a helmet! It really is fun being on the back of a bike. I have full leathers, but (apart from the safety thing), that's because sometimes it's cold in the early morning. Sheila

LJ, Your river is one of those things that make you say "Ahhh". What a tranquil place. I would love to come for a float, but sure doesn't look like it will be this year. :( Maybe next summer, a bunch of us can come.

LJ, your river sure looks much more inviting that mine does!! I would love to come and float sometime but it won't be this year for sure. We have plans to go to Vegas this year and a short trip out to see DD in Mass. I don't know if you could stand my DH anyway!!! The trail looks wonderful also, do you have any problems with ticks down there?

LJ, that must be what paradise looks like!!! What a lucky girl you are to live near that. Could you give us newer buddies a run down of where it is, and some history?? It looks like it a quite a popular river. I like having a mental picture of these places, though I would probably never be able to visit them. lol
