Dear Challengers:
We're now in our second half of our LABOR DAY CHALLENGE. We have 6 more weeks to go to complete our Challenge.
Please post here your results for WEEK #8 (7/20 - 7/26). Please post by Saturday 7/26.
This week:
1. Make the strongest commitment to stay OP during Week #8
2. First thing in the morning and last thing at night, we will visually ourselves at our goal weight
3. Smaller portions, small bites, pausing in between bites
4. We'll start the day with a glass of water with added lemon/lime
5. We'll add an extra daily glass of water
6. We'll eat more fiber foods
7. We'll start the day with a 10 minute workout to rev up our metabolism
8. We'll remind ourselves of our commitment to this challenge and to the other challengers.
Let's Do It, Challengers. Yes, We Can. Yes, We Can.
