Y'all beat me to the punch. ;) I was fixing to come back on and tell y'all, came back and here it is. Its been a struggle but well worth it. I've learned so much. Not only how to eat better. But what it means to have such a great bunch of BCB'ers behind me all the way. graemlins/bcbsalute.gif Without y'all I couldn't have done it. :cool:

Katy!! Wow! You did it. I am so proud of you. 50# gone forever. That is worth a present. Let's see....how about jewelry? When we go on trips (like to Canada), several of us gals have taken to buying what we call our "trip treats". Always a lovely piece of jewelry, usually something specifically from that area. I love looking down and seeing my ring from Hawaii or my necklace from Canada. Anyway, I believe Dee bought a charm bracelet and is planning to add charms as rewards. I have always liked that idea. Just do something special for yourself, whatever you do. You deserve it!
