Well, I didn't do as well as I had hoped with my walking. A combination of recuperating from a bad summer cold, and rainy, foggy weather for my "big walking weekend off work", really put a "damper" on my plans...so to speak. Am definately hoping for a vast improvement this week. Let's see how it goes:

Here goes:

Mon: 20 min in a.m. and 60 min in afternoon Total=80 min

Tue: 20 min walk in am

Wed: 30 min walk in aft. and 65 min walk in eve. Total= 95 min

Thur: 40 min walk in aft.

okay exercise is back to normal. Not that I had a normal yet. I am going back to my exercise program. This week was a slow start no core, strecht or weights.
