I love these challenges. They really keep me honest.

Monday: 75 min.

Tuesday: 60 min.

Wednesday: 60 min.

Monday: 45 min powerwalk on a 5.0 incline with 5 min warmup and cooldown 55 min

Tuesday: 1 hr upper body circuits, 25 min HI elliptical, 40 min run with Joey, 5 min warmup and cooldown 135 min

Wednesday: 50 min run with 5 min warmup and cooldown 60 min

Thursday: 1 hr lower body circuits, 20 min crossramp, 40 min run with Joey, 5 min warmup and cooldown 130 min

Friday: 45 min powerwalk with 5 min warmup and cooldown at 3.0-6.0 incline 55 min

Saturday: 1 hr run with 2.5 min warmup and cooldown, 4 hrs walking the mall 305 min

Sunday: 1hr and 15 min upper and lower body circuits, 30 min run with 2.5 min warmup and cooldown 110 min

Total for the Week: 850 min

Good morning all! We've racked up a lot of mins the past few weeks. Let's keep it up.
Bizz- Seems you missed my week 3 mins! I was camping for the weekend, so I filled Fri & Sat mins in this morning.

I'm in for another week!
Mon- 40 mins Walk/Run, 60 min walk
Tues- 45 mins step/weights interval tape, then ABs
Wed-30 mins walk/run, 60 min walk
Thurs- 15 mins W/R (had to be at work early), Fri-day off
Sat- 30 mins step aerobics
Sun- 50 mins walk/run 5 K

weekly total- 330 mins

Week 1- 405
Week 2- 55 (bout with kidney)
Week 3- 315

Well, I must improve on week 3 totals. I was sick so didn't exercise for past 2 days. As of today, I'm still under the weather but will try to get out for short walk a little later in the day. (To start my Monday, and Week 4 Exercise Challenge)

Here goes:

Mon: 0 mins. (still recuperating and PROCRASTINATING !!!!!)

Tue: 55 mins in afternoon

Wed: 65 min walk in afternoon and 20 min walk evening. Total= 85 min

Thur:20 min walk in a.m. and 20 min walk in evening

Fri: 20 min walk in a.m. and 60 min walk in evening. Total = 80 mins

Sat: 0 min

Sun: 0 min

Here's hoping "everybuddy" reaches their goals for this week's challenge.

Tuesday: 70 minutes of P.T.

Wednesday: 35 minutes running, 5 minutes stretching

I will be back on the exercise challenge on Monday - I can't begin to estimate the APs I earned while on holiday - LOTS of hiking and walking, even a little swimming. See you all then!!
