Ok buddies, I need to know if this is supposed to happen. Most of you know that I have been losing inches instead of pounds (12.5 in the last month), anyway, I have noticed lately that my stomach, thighs and b*tt now have the appearance of bad oatmeal. :eek: They are lumpy :confused: Anyone else have this problem?

I've always referred to it as pantyhose loosely stuffed with cottage cheese! :rolleyes: Yep, it happens, the fat doesn't leave you evenly but in little pockets here and there. It looks really gross for a while, but it does eventually start to even out. It has for me, anyway. I think exercise will have a lot to do with it, so keep up that PT!!

Yes, Mary! And eventually it starts to get better, but it takes a long time. Mine is just starting to smooth out some and it's been 6 months since making goal. Hang in there and Lindalou is absolutely correct! The exercise, more than cardio, weight training is what makes it burn more smoothly.
