Tue: 20 min walk, having a bit of a rest today after 2 full on days 20

Wed: 20 min walk, 50 min jog 70

Thu: 2 x 20 min walk, 1 x 30 min walk 70

Fri: power walk 46, walk 40 86

Sat: cooking all day

Sun: 46 min power walk, 90 min walk

I'm in again these challenges really keep me thinking about what I'm going to do to keep moving.

MON: 240 mins scrubbing graemlins/ugh.gif (you know what) 10mins walking Total 250 mins.
TUES: 140 mins scrubbing 20mins walking Total 160 mins.
WED:30 mins vacuming 10mins walking Total 40mins
THURS:Rest Day
FRI: 10 min.walk whoopeee :rolleyes: Total 10mins
SAT: 120 mins mowing and weed eating lawns Total 120 mins.
SUN:20 mins walking Total 20 mins.

Monday: 45 min circuits with Branden on Lower body, 30 min HI elliptical 75 min

Tuesday: 45 min run with Joey, 5min stretching, 5 min warmup and cooldown 60 min

Wednesday: 1 hr upper body circuits with Branden, 30 min crossramp 90 min

Thursday: 40 min HI elliptical with 2.5 min warm up and cooldown, 40 min bike ride while Joey ran! tongue.gif 85 min

Friday: 45 min powerwalk, 5 min warmup and cooldown 55 min

Saturday: 2 hrs yardwork, 1 hr run with 5 min warmup and cooldown 190 min

Sunday: 1hr and 10 min weight workout, 30 min HI elliptical, 45 min bike ride 145 min

Total for the Week: 695 min

It feels sooooo good to be back in the exercise challenge again!

Monday: 30 minutes running, 10 minutes power-walking, 5 minutes stretching

Tuesday: 30 minutes running, 5 minutes stretching; 15 minutes physical therapy

Wednesday: 35 minutes running, 10 minutes stretching

Thursday: off

Friday: 35 minutes jogging, 10 minutes stretching

Saturday:

Sunday:

Weekly Total: 185 minutes

Despite pulling a muscle in my back yesterday I am in again this week. It seems OK when I walk or run- it's bending & sitting that kill my back.. & you should see me try to put my socks on!!

Mon- 30 mins walk/run
Tues- rest day for my back
Wed- 30 mins walk/run, 60 min walk
Thurs- 30 mins walk/run outside, 60 min walk...edited* we had planned a 60 min walk, but did 90 mins
Fri- 30 min W/R... 30 mins walking at camp
Sat- 30 min walk at camp

Weekly Total- 315 mins

Bizz, I've estimated the exercise that I did for Week 1 and 2 below. Can you still add them into the rest of the stats?

Monday: 45 min.

Tuesday: 60 min.

Wednesday: 30 min.

Thursday: 45 min.

Friday: 30 min.

Saturday: 50 min.

Sunday: 0

Total for the Week: 260 min.

Well, I'm happy to report that I managed to continue with the exercise for the second week in a row. Only thing, I didn't walk as far, but I still managed to get out every day. Managed to do 260 minutes of walking for the past week.

Week 3 awaits, and would like to beat the Week 2 total. Here we go !!!

Mon: 20 min walk in a.m. and 30 min walk in p.m. Total = 50 mins

Tue: 20 min walk in a.m.

Wed: 20 min walk in p.m.

Thur: 20 min walk in a.m. and 70 min walk in p.m. Total= 90 mins

Fri: 40 min walk in a.m.

Sat: 0 min (sick)

Sun:0 min (sick)
