Hey there sweaty girls! Who's up for another go around?
Just post your exercise goals and or intentions for the week and each day come on back and edit with what you have done!!

I'm going for 4 days this week. We leave for AZ on friday! Yahooy!!!
Sunday:Set up tables and chairs for 45 minutes!! heavy lifting my arms will feel it tomorrow!!

I'm in! Had a good week last week, so shooting for another. Goals for the week: 4 days of aerobic activity (walking) and 3 days of strength training (weights, videos etc).
Sunday - 30 min treadmill, 15 min arms, 15 min legs
Monday - 30 min treadmill, 15 min walk with the puppies in the p.m.
Tuesday - none
Wednesday - 20 min walk with dogs
Thursday - 30 min walk with dogs
Friday - 30 min walk with Bubba Jr
Saturday - 30 min walk with the dogs

I'm in for 24 miles (running or equivalent) and three strength sessions.
Sunday: treadmill 4 miles, strength session
Monday: treadmill 5 miles
Tuesday: treadmill 6 miles, strength session
Wednesday: treadmill 5 miles
Thursday: treadmill 4 miles, strength session
Friday: treadmill 4 miles
Saturday: rest day graemlins/sleep.gif
total miles = 28 :D

Wed: 20 minutes arms (too hot to do anything else!)

I'm in for 6 again:
Sunday: over 4 hours of yard work Even counting as light intesity is over 8 APs!
Monday: 12,531 steps
Tuesday: 11,216 steps
Wednesday: 13,515 steps
Thursday: 10,048 steps plus 20 minutes on Gazelle
Friday: 10,615 steps
Saturday: OFF

4 ab/pilates

Hello, In for another week.
Will try for a total of 50 flights of stairs and walking 5 days at least 20-30min with 2 days at least 2 miles.
SUNDAY- 20MIN WALK-- REST OF DAY "ME" DAY--off
MONDAY 20min walk- 10 flights continuous stairs
TUESDAY 20 min walk- 10 flights continous stairs
WEDNESDAY- 3 mile walk- 10 flights continuous stairs - despite being sick tongue.gif
THURSDAY- 5 mile walk- 10 flights continuous stairs.
FRIDAY 20 min walk so far, started to rain- used step stool inside for approx 12 flights stairs
SATURDAY- 20 min walk
Total miles walked- 14- sat
Total flights stairs-52- sat

Week 2 in the Body for Life Workout program so I am in for 6 days this week.
SUNDAY ~ Day Off
MONDAY ~ 45 min weights - upper body :D
TUESDAY ~ 45 min weights - lower body :D
WEDNESDAY ~ 20 min stationary bike :D
THURSDAY ~ 40 min weights - upper body :D
FRIDAY ~ 20 min elliptical trainer :D :D :D
SATURDAY~ 60 min run/walk :D
TOTAL = 230 minutes of exercise

Sunday- GYM 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill!
Monday- PT 25 minutes elliptical, 45 minutes weight training.
Tuesday- PT 26 minutes elliptical, 1 hour weight training (lower body and abs)
Wednesday-GYM - 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 40 minutes upperbody weight training
Thursday-PT - 30 minutes elliptical, 1 hour weight training...lower body and abs
Friday-GYM - 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill.
Saturday- GYM - 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, weight training upper and lower body, 40 minutes

I haven't been on here in a couple of weeks, but I am feeling like you know what without my exercise.

MONDAY- The Firm Sculpted Buns Hip & Thighs AND Nordic Rider for 15 minutes.

Monday - 55 mins pilates, upper body weights, walk 35 mins for 1.88 miles
Tuesday - off (root canal done...ouch!)
Wednesday - 55 mins pilates, 55 mins yoga
Thursday - 55 mins power yoga

OK, I'm coming back from the nasty stomach virus this week, even though I didn't get to move-it today, lol. I'm going for five days straight:

No time like the present to jump in smile.gif I'll be doing 30 min a day on the nordic track machine at setting #2. I hope to get it to level 3 next week.
Sunday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine, 1 hour hike in mountains, easy.
Monday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine
Tuesday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine
Wednesday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine
Thursday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine, 15 min on x-country skiing machine in the evening
Friday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine
Saturday: 30 min on x-country skiing machine
(I don't think I'll be able to raise the level to #3 next week so I'll just keep plugging away at level 2)

Okay here I go again. I'm going to pledge at least 3 days as I'm planning on going away for a few days.
Sunday: leisurely swim 45mins
Monday: 45 mins Step; 60 mins Body Pump
Tuesday: 60mins yogalites; 60 mins belly dancing
Wednesday: 60 mins Body Pump
Thursday: 65 mins Pilates
Friday: none
Saturday: Swimming - away for the weekend
