Good morning! Getting ready for my WI so no intake to report yet, but wanted to get the thread started. I usually have two bottles during my meeting AFTER WI so I'll have something to report in an hour or so. Drink up!

It's 8:30 here and I'm at 53 oz. Anyone joining me today?

As of 1:00pm- I'll have had 80oz already. :eek: That's a lot for me this early in the day

7:00pm will be getting in another 32oz by bedtime for a grand total of 112oz which is good for me. :cool:

It's 9:30 and I've had 193 oz of water.
