Does anyone know if flavored sparkling water can be a substitute for water? This stuff I have is calorie free, sodium free, caffeine free --- the nutrition facts actually list 0's for everything, including calories, fat, sodium, carbs, sugar, protein. It sounds like carbonated water to me with just a little flavor and some chemicals added for preservation or whatever.
Thanks,
Leslie

WW says "Any type of water - plain, sparkling, club soda, and unsweetened, flavored seltzer - counts. You can have 3 of your 6 glasses as juice, milk, decaffeinated beverages or any other beverage that does not contain alcohol. Just be sure to count the points."
So I'd say if it's not sweetened even with Splenda that you could count it. I know Canada Dry has a sparkling raspberry flavored water that has no sweeteners. Looks like it would count.

Joanne,
Thanks for the info. Assuming I have a lot more than just 6 glasses of water, should I keep my sparking water at 50% of whatever water I consume, or just count it as plain water? I'm kindof confused and I know it's just a simple thing!!
