This is a yummy, easy & filling dinner. Thought I'd post it smile.gif
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
28 oz chopped tomatoes w/ basil
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning
10 oz pkg corn tortilas (12- 6 inch size)
1 c shredded rf cheddar
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef; drain well. Mix in beans, tomatoes, chilies & taco seasoning. Reduce heat; simmer 5 min. Spray 9X13- cut tortillas in half; place half in bottom of dish, overlapping. Spoon half beef mixture evenly over tortillas. Cover w/ remaining tortillas & then remaining beef mixture. Top w/ cheese. Cover; bake 25 min.

Points can vary based on tortillas & meat used. You may want to recheck points w/ your ingred.
Can freeze in 2 8X8 pans (cut tortillas into 4ths so they fit better) Place in 350 oven straight from freezer. Bake 1 hr or until internal temp reaches 160
