Tuesday:30 minutes gardening (filled up a trash bin weeding!)

Count me in Buddies, I already started the new week off right!
Sunday - Two hour walk, different interval's of speed. Anotherwards when I felt like I was going to pass out I would slow down for two minutes LOL! I have to admit if I could high five myself I would!!
Monday- 25 minutes bike, 20 minutes eliptical, 45 minutes weight training. I'm pooped!!!
Tuesday- 25 minutes treadmill (fast interval), 20 minutes eliptical, 45 minutes weight training.
Wednesday- 1 hour walk, moderate to light pace. Suppossed to be a rest day, hard to sit still!
Thursday- GYM (Yes I'm officially a gym member!), 20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 45 minutes weight training:)
Friday- PT - 25 minutes bike, 45 minutes weight training, upper and lower body.
Saturday- GYM - 22 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes lower body weight training.

Sunday: 2 1/2 hours hard yard work
Monday: 12,541 steps 20 minute walk
Tuesday: 11,385 steps 30 minute walk
Wednesday: 10,790 steps 45 minute walk
Thursday: 10,240 steps mowed lawn
Friday: 12,135 steps 2 walks
Saturday: 12,540 steps
I am in for four days this week.
Sunday: 0
Monday: 45 min power walk :D
Tuesday: 3 mile WATP 45 min :D
Wednesday: 0
Thursday: 40 minute power walk :D

I'm in for 4 days this week. I bought a new Pilates tape that I'm anxious to try.
Sunday - 2 hours hanging the border in the bathroom, maybe more exercise later...; 20 min low intensity walk with dogs; 40 minutes pilates
Monday - 15 minute walk with the furbabies
Tuesday - 30 minute walk with the dogs and Jim
Wednesday - 25 minute walk with the dogs
Thursday - none
Friday -40 minute walk with Bubba Jr (high intensity)
Saturday -

Okay, I'm in. It's gonna be a tough week - I'm going away on the weekend (DB is shooting a music video in Penticton!) so I won't be able to do my regular class on Saturday mornings. So, I'll have to figure out a way to get my cardio in. I'll probably do some swimming in the lake. smile.gif

I'm in for 6 !
Sunday: a well deserved day off!
Monday: 45 minutes Nordictrack, 50 push-ups, 9 holes of golf (2 1/2 hrs)
Tuesday: 45 minutes Nordictrack, 75 sit-ups
Wednesday: 40 minutes Nordictrack, 50 situps
Thursday: 30 minutes Nordictrack, 60 situps, 50 pushups
Friday: gardening and mowing lawn (30 minutes)
Saturday: 40 minute powerwalk, 20 minunte bikeride with DS

Since I'm running and cross training, I'll keep track of mileage and equivalent miles (Goal = 28 miles). (Plus three strength sessions...I don't count points or miles for my strength workouts.)
Sunday: treadmill 5 miles, strength session
Monday: rest day graemlins/sleep.gif
Tuesday: treadmill 5 miles, strength session
Wednesday: treadmill 6 miles
Thursday: treadmill 6 miles, strength session
Friday: treadmill 6 miles
Saturday: rest day graemlins/sleep.gif

I'm in....My goals are 3 days of strength training, 3 days 45 min exercise (yoga or other) tape, Saturday 1 hour bike ride.
Sunday: 45 min push mowed lawn, shifted 300 lbs of weight plates into basement in preparation for rest of week, and 30 min of "I want that body" tape series.
Monday: Rest Day (sinus headache)

Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:
Also Tuesday DH and I are joining the local bike club so we can go on group rides.

I am starting the Body for Life Workout program so I am in for 6 days this week.
SUNDAY ~ Day Off
MONDAY ~ 30 min weights - lower body :D
TUESDAY ~ 40 min run/walk to the library with the kids. :D
WEDNESDAY ~ 40 min weights - upper body :D
THURSDAY ~ 20 min BFL elliptical trainer workout :D
FRIDAY ~ 45 min weights - lower body :D
SATURDAY~ 25 min run/walk & dancing the night away at a wedding!!!! :D
TOTAL = 200 minutes of exercise
I did it!!!! I exercised 6 days this week!!! YIPPEEEEE!!!!!

Good luck on the Body for Life Sweetie...Do you read the mag "Energy"...I love the Body for Life success stories they have! When I completely recover from my surgery I'm jumping feet first into that program myself, I can't wait to hear of your success..WAY TO GO!!

I did last week but only made it to Thursday before the events with the kiddie poos home for the summer interferred. Argh..WILL DO BETTER THIS WEEK! I did however do my personal challenges of *bike ride with kids, *a pilates video. Whoohoo!
Sunday- walked & walked in midthigh high ocean
NO idea how long(2+hrs of straight walking) Full-day out on boat/island, shelling, walking, swimming.

It's going to be a tough week to fit exercise in. Going to be away for a couple of days and the weather is expecting to be lousy. Will try 10 continuous flights of stairs at least 4 days. Will try for a 20 min walk at least 5 days.
Sunday- 20 min walk, 2 flights stairs at work :(
Monday 10 flights of stairs continous
forced myself 20min walk before bad weather hit.Yippee I did it.
Tuesday- 20min walk,10 flights continuous stairs smile.gif
Wednesday 3.5 miles walked
Thursday 3 miles walked , 10 flights continuous stairs
Friday 20 min walk 10 flights continuous stairs
Saturday 1 mile walk am, 2 mile walk pm
total miles 13.5-sat

Since the Bahamas, I haven't been able to get back into my 4 - 5 day groove. I gotta get back there.

graemlins/wave.gif I'm working hard to get into the swing of things. I took some yoga classes last week while on vacation in Cabo and it really inspired me to get moving! This week, it's back to the gym.
