Cj. I have not reached goal yet. It is hard to tell from the pictures but I still have some to loose in the hips and thighs. I am enjoying more energy. I also have been amazed at the outdoor activites that I am trying that I would not have done when I was heavier like cross country skiing. My singles group in spring is think of setting up a hike to clime Mt. St. Hellen and I am thinking of joining them. I am also enjoying walking into any clothing store and know that they will have my size. I am really starting to enjoy shopping.
