WW has this new white cased point counter. Can someone tell me exactly what it does besides determine pt values. Im thinking about buying it, but want to know if its worth the $$.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

well no one got back to me, so i bought it and answered my own question.

it records your daily pt intake as well as your water, veggie, and milk servings. it is set for the week and records your flex pts and resets itself at the start of the new week.

So far I've only seen the original Flex point Calculator here in Colorado.. Its in a black checkbook style case that's a lot bigger  than my checkbook and weighs a whole lot more graemlins/ugh.gif than my 2000 version Winning Points Calculator (it tracks weight, points, water & activity points)..

How big is it & how much does it weigh??

Thanks,

I treated myself to it when I hit 50 lb. loss last year. It's the black cheque book style and I do wish it was smaller too.

I like taking it to the grocery store to calculate points of certain things, and since I have a small purse I wish it was smaller.

You don't really need it as we do have the paper one, but it's kind of interesting to have anyway.

i like it specifically because i can calculate points in the store. i feel silly doing that with the paper one. the counter looks like a big calculator and it remembers my points for the day and FPs for the week. For me, it's easier than having a million pieces of paperin my purse. ;)

graemlins/wave.gif That's why I like my older one... It fits easily in my purse & I can use it anywhere to figure out the number of points something has.. It will track my daily points & water, but I really don't use those features all that often... I do like entering my current weight & have it congratulate me if I've done well.
